Habitación muy amplia, limpísima y cama cómoda. Acceso desde la habitación a la terraza donde podías dejar ropa lavada.Baño estupendo. El hotel está sin recepción y debes hacer el check in en el hotel que está enfrente, donde también se realiza el desayuno y el acceso a la piscina.

Cons:

La ausencia de personal en el mismo hotel hace que cualquier cosa que necesites tengas que ir a la recepción del otro hotel.

Mi é piaciuta la camera, la posizione dell'hotel e tutta la struttura in sé. Il fatto che ci fosse la piscina e le sdraio, cosa, inaspettata.

Cons:

Non mi é piaciuto il fatto di aver trovato le lenzuola con una macchia e che la signora alla reception non abbia preso in considerazione la richiesta di cambiarle. Il mattino dopo la ragazza che era di turno ha provveduto subito a farle cambiare.

L'unica nota positiva è la posizione, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia nera, la struttura ha delle ottime potenzialità.

Cons:

Purtroppo non è gestita bene, organizzazione zero, non hanno un deposito bagagli al check in e al check out bagaglio lasciati fuori sotto una finestra non custoditi, spazi comuni trascurati e non puliti, piscina non utilizzabile colore verde, sala colazione pavimento e tavoli sporchi. Al check out ho richiesto un day use pagando e la receptionist ha detto che erano al completo, bugia su Booking.com c'era la disponibilità, non mi è piaciuto affatto come si è rivolta a noi, molto scortese e poco propensa a gestire le richieste degli ospiti. Dalla camera era impossibile comunicare con la reception, ho dovuto messaggiare con WhatsApp per fare sistemare la tv che non funzionava. Frigo bar vuoto nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua.

Posizione rispetto al mare (le sabbie nere, spiaggia in sabbia vulcanica, acqua cristallina e mare calmo , vicinissime )

Assente qualsiasi tipo di supporto …. A parte gli addetti alle pulizie , nessuno dello staff presente nel l’edificio durante il nostro soggiorno ( arrivo alle 14,30 - partenza il giorno dopo alle 10,30. )
Check in e Colazione in altra struttura : il resort della stessa proprietà a 200 metri.
Estremamente disagevole, sopratutto a causa della giornata di pioggia che ha contraddistinto il nostro soggiorno.
