メガネをかけた女性のスタッフわれわれのまえを挨拶もなく憮然として横切るし、そもそも到着し、フントに一組が対応中でが、もう一つのうけつけが空いているのに後ろで知らぬ顔でパンフ類を詰めている。真後ろなのに知らぬ顔で、フロントスタッフから声をかけられても知らぬ顔。他のスタッフが慌てて対応してくれたけど一体スタッフ教育はどうなんだろう？

Limited options in Sasebo, this hotel is a good choice
Pros:

-The room was in the corner so a little bit larger than expected
-The staffs were all very welcoming and helpful, with professional awareness
-The breakfast area was nice and comfy
-The parking lot staff was very patient though my family couldn’t say Japanese well

Pros:

商店街に近くまたウォーターフロントへも少し脚を伸ばして…って感覚で散歩できるので佐世保の街を楽しめた

フロントの女性の対応が良かった

Cons:

去年、Booking.comで予約して行ったのに、フロントの男性担当者が支払い済の宿泊料金が違うと主張し、倍額払うことになった。非常に不愉快な思いをした。今年はなんのトラブルもなく
また今回の女性担当者はこの数年わたしが毎年利用していることも念頭にあったようで気持ち良く宿泊できました。
