Location

The free Ice machine, I loved it.
The room Ice bucket, I loved it.
The entire bathroom, toilet, bathtub etc I loved it.
The room space I loved it.
The Front Desk ladies service was wonderful, honest friendly and speaking english.
Basically the atmosphere, the comfort and the space, I loved it.
Almost all other hotels give me the oppposite feeling, bad negative atmosphere feeling.
Quintessa was great in that regard, makes me feel welcome and like at home.
The Ceiling light on top of the bed was really bright. That needs to be moved somewhere else, because it bothers you a lot when you are in the bed. Put it on the hallway, or in the middle of the room, but not on top of the bed...
The bedroom furniture was extremelly old and used, like 40 years ago old, it would be nice to upgrade it.
For example, there werent any USB type A or C anywhere that I could use to charge all my devices.
And there were only 2 electric japanese type plugs handy nearby, at the desk, and at the bed night stand.
The round table at the middle was great, but it was old and kind of broken. A same size table more modern and heavy and more stable would be nice, so that it doesnt tip over.
Would be nice if there was a big size flat TV screen in front of the bed. There was only 1 tv in the corner very small size and very old.
The bed matrice was good, but the bed frame was not the good type that matches that type of bed matrice. You would sink a little when going in the bed. Either change the bed matrice to be a very strong modern one to match the bed frame, or change the bed frame for a different one.
The fridge was good but very small and very old. One that is a little bit bigger and modern would be great.
Overall I loved it.
If the hotel did an overhaul to the bedroom equipment and furniture, upgraded it to fit modern standards and needs, I would definitely want to come to stay in this hotel every single time, no doubt about it.
I would love to keep coming here, and bring my family with me, but the hotel really needs to overhaul the rooms to modern times.
Other hotels are much worse at everything, but they do have new equipment, furniture and technology charge plugs everywhere, as well as big flat TVs.
If you work on the rooms overhaul, you will be the #1 Hotel in all of Sasebo.
I have been to many of the other Sasebo Hotels, and this is my favourite one, but it really needs the overhaul.
