Pros:

部屋が広い。多少古さは気になるがそれを余りある広さで快適に過ごせた。朝食もさまざまな種類が提供されよかった。

Pros:

商店街に近くまたウォーターフロントへも少し脚を伸ばして…って感覚で散歩できるので佐世保の街を楽しめた

フロントの女性の対応が良かった

Cons:

去年、Booking.comで予約して行ったのに、フロントの男性担当者が支払い済の宿泊料金が違うと主張し、倍額払うことになった。非常に不愉快な思いをした。今年はなんのトラブルもなく
また今回の女性担当者はこの数年わたしが毎年利用していることも念頭にあったようで気持ち良く宿泊できました。

コスパ良し、スタッフの方の対応良しで最高
Pros:

駐車場が満車でしたが、とても丁寧に近くの駐車場を案内していただきました。ロビーの方も親切に対応してくださいました。
部屋も清潔で広くて最高でした。

GREATEFUL
Pros:

お部屋も綺麗で広く、鏡の前が広くてとても圧迫感がなく広々と利用させていただきました。ベットもぐっすり眠れ快適な時間を過ごさせていただきました。また朝食も美味しく和食洋食いただき、ありがとうございました。

It could have been better.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Location is good.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated for the amount of money paid. The TV is small and only has Japanese channels. You have to go stand in line to use a microwave on the second floor. It's alot of revenue in this hotel and it's still fitted like the early 2000's. The halls smell of smoke where is the proper ventilation for the smokers.
