We had great time in Liverpool the stay in SIR THOMAS was perfect for our stay over 5days .
Pros:

Location absolutely brilliant everything walking distance so easy to work out routes . The Young Women Managing the reception and the restaurant and the young man were very confident very helpful …. Also with smile and lovely manner. Welcoming ..

Pillows. DREADFUL. !!!!
Mattress not best quality , quite hard ..
cleaning of room and suppling of tea , coffee, milk all good. X.

Good location, nice staff, can be noisy at night.
Pros:

The location is superb near the station and close to the docs. And it is a beautiful building.

Cons:

There were dusty surfaces in the room, even after a few days when housekeeping has been in. At night it can get noisy from the streets because the windows are not insulated.

Double bed booked however made up as single which I did not like, room cold at times and reception not 24hr which resulted in waiting for customer service
