Would not go there again
Pros:

We were told we couldn’t check in till 3 pm and couldn’t leave our cases, as the didn’t have a room to hold them, there was a room behind reception they could use

Cons:

Not able to sleep, the noise from the street was very loud, the bathroom window did not have blinds, and you could be seen from the street

Shower had no extraction fan to switch on , got steamed up quickly in small space

Erg Slechte ervaring met de bevestigde kosten van Booking.co en wat ik moest betalen bij het hotel.

Kamer-Ontbijt, personeel, soms wel, soms niet.

Cons:

Ik had een kamer bij Sr Thomas hotel Liverpool geboekt via Booking.com voor een prijs van € 116.00 Ik heb mij bij de receptie van dit hotel gemeld en moest 150 pond betalen. Voor de kamer die ik geboekt had. Ik kon praten wat ik wilde maar Ik moest betalen. Vreemde zaak!!!!!!!

Cavern club visit
Pros:

Nice modern room. Great area to explore the bars.

Cons:

Chef didn't turn in on the Sunday morning so somebody had to step up to the plate. This resulted in a delay but the breakfast was lovely when it arrived

The location of the venue.

Cons:

That there was no air conditioning in the rooms.. it was 27 degree heat when I was there and there was no air con in thr rooms was told that there would be a fan and on looking around there wasn't one. That literally is my only fault.

Pros:

Hotel was clean,friendly staff and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was very soft. Also could do with more rooms a bigger size. Drinks at the bar was alittle expensive compared to some.places.
