Sir Thomas Hotel

Breakfast wasn't good. There were technical difficulties in the kitchen both mornings I was there.
Buffet option was fine but cooked choice on the second morning was limited to undercooked sausages, bacon and solid overcooked scrambled eggs.
There wasn't any heating in any of our parties bedrooms. We asked for it to be turned on and a member of staff went in the lift with us supposedly to go to the third floor to do this. But none of us got heating in our rooms. Not good enough for cold chilly days in October.

Very good over all although lighting could be better over step into reception and rail for people that aren’t very good with balance I had a fall the 1st night

Adter waiting for breakfast for nearly 50 minutes there was only me and my partner and a family of 4 it came out plate hot and the hash browns everything else lukewarm. I had to ask staff to refill orange juice .tea .more bread and butter disappointing to say the least
Bedroom door squeaky and no blinds in any off the bathrooms frosted glass but you can still see silhouettes of ppl from outside and the toilet next to window aswell .extractor fan is broke full of steam to do make up room 402 .1 chair which it could fit a small table and 2 chairs by the window .booked 2 seperate nights to stay but reception didnt put a note on screen to say same guests so receptionist came up to our room to ask us wss we leaving i explained apologised and left had to change cards numerous times to enter as stopped working .

Pleasant hotel & clean enough but regarding breakfast there wasn’t enough staff & replenishing. The waiting staff were very friendly

Breakfast burnt yesterday morning. Fresh cups and tea and coffee jugs not topped up quickly. Hotel rooms and bathrooms very small. Uncomfortable pillows.

Very nice hotel located near shopping and dining. Really awesome breakfast included.

All facilities and food were fine.
Breakfast was very good being served hot!
Friendly staff also.

excellent breakfast choice with no shortage of tea, coffee, toast. Breakfast team constantly restocking. Service was great.

Rooms wee modern and clean. We had three beds in our room and the third bed was a proper bed, usually it's a camp bed/pullout bed in other hotels.
Staff were welcoming and professional.
Breakfast was superb with requests catered to.
Buffet style at the weekend with both continental , toast , juice, tea/coffee and full Englishand additional cookedtoordsr options.
Perfectly situated. Everything no more than 10mins walking distance away including train station, Liverpool One shops, Albert Docks and other attractions.

Great helpful staff. Lovely superior twin room. Very clean. Fan requested was already in place. Delicious fresh hot breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook. Stayed for 2 nights. Highly reccomend! Every single member of staff went out of their way to help and answer any questions. We had a fab time. Thank You!

Breakfast let the hotel down. First morning no eggs, hash browns or mushrooms. 3 Days the plates were dirty or very wet. Croissants under cooked & raw in the middle.
Staff couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful.
Room spacious & clean. Needed a towel rail in bathroom.
