The location is perfect, close to all the amenities and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Albert docks
Due to the heat, the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, you are provided with a fan but it was so noisy that we struggled to sleep, would be better to have the whisper fans if ac is not going to be available.
Staff lovely! Breakfast was superb! Food & bar area modern and comfortable.
King bedroom disappointing paid extra, had small bathroom an decoration very dated!
Heat wave not hotels fault, but no Aircon, only one window able to open with the smallest gab so room felt like a sauna, didn't sleep well!

The bar area and the breakfast was great part from sausages they where generic chippy sausages would of give five star for breakfast if they done proper sausage but still by far the best breakfast out of many of hotels in Liverpool stayed in most of them and most where 4 and 5 star and there breakfast beats it hands down
Location was perfect for my needs. Easy book in/ check out process. I didn't make it to breakfast. Staff was very nice and friendly. Bathroom was clean and modern.
Room had no air conditioning but did have a window you could open. The chair in the bedroom was very threadbare. The bedroom was painted in a dark colour.
Breakfast was amazing and excellent value for money.
The rooms were soooooo hot. Only one window that opened only very slightly. This was the only negative but it was a big one as the heat was crazy. There was no air con and we unfortunately could barely stay or sleep in the room.

El edificio es una maravilla, antiguo banco de Liverpool.
El desayuno y la ubicación.
Me ubicaron en una pieza con cama sin resortes, no dormí en absoluto. Mi adolorida por 3 días. Habían renovado el hotel y teniendo otras piezas mejores me dieron la peor, 1er piso, con ruido, sin ventilación y lo peor es la cama sin NADA para poder descansar la espalda.
Cuando fui a pedir cambio a las 7am el muchacho de recepción no se disculpó , es mas, me dijo: ah primera vez que alguien se queja del colchón. Tuve que llevar a una persona después a mostrarle el desastre de colchón. Cero empatía.
