No lights in, hear all the noise outside in corridor

I've stopped here many times as it is great for Crewe Station, however this visit has proved its changing. The room i was given Friday night looked like it had been involved in a scuffle from the previous people. Lots of marks on the bathroom door including it being taped up holding the glass in place, also the TV wouldn't work. I had arrived late travelling down from Scotland in the Storm Amy and really just wanted my bed. But having to return to reception and ask for another room made me very disappointed. Also to charge £20 for breakfast is far too much. I think I deserve a part refund.

Outside needs updating but honestly it was perfect for our overnight trip to the theatre.

Comfortable, clean and very quiet so had a good night sleep.

Good value for Monday. Room was clean a bit tiered and could do with some painting and bulbs replacing but overall my stay was ok. Felt safe as woman travelling on business

A good price for a last minute booking.

Chosen for convenience to railway station - just a few minutes walk. Hotel has changed hands in last couple of years and needs a refresh, room a bit tired and dated. It was fine for a single night to get some sleep before an early start but no with no evening food it is really just a large B&B, albeit with a bar which I didn't try. Car park chargeable on an app only, and quite expensive - probably to deter railway traffic.

Hassan is always lovely, any issues and he sorts it strait away. Lovely bunch x

Clean and confortable, close to town centre. The manager of the hotel Hassam i think his name was, was very welcoming especially with my 8 year old daughter who has adhd.

All fine, but let down by the air conditioning system break down in all room. Very hot night!

An earlier breakfast start would be better for people who have to leave early say 6 30 am. Rooms clean and staff helpful and polite. Breakfast options very good.

Reasonable price and facilities. Spacious room good bed and bedding. Good ensuite facility. Kettle with provisions and TV. Downside was creaky floorboards in room and adjacent rooms made it sound as if people were moving about in your room. Minor niggle but noticeable.

Got an email a few days before asking to check in online so i could get a door code, there was no link to actually check in though! When i arrived the guy on reception was friendly but was having trouble getting my room details on his device which caused some delay. The air con in the room had a fault code displayed and didn't work, a small fan was provided, but not much use when they had the window closed and the air con control box said it was 30c! Shower was good and removed the sweat in the morning. This used to be a semi-decent Holiday Inn Express, now a disappointing last resort in the OYO range!

Modern clean hotel

Rhebsite is in a great location. My room was comfortable. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and the widow didnt open on a hot day. The manager found me a fan however i did not sleep well in the hot box. Othwrwuse all ok

Very noisy, you can hear everyone through the rooms. Otherwise, it was a very decent hotel with very limited staff

Staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to help with any questions or if you needed any extras. The overall hotel rooms could do with a deep clean and some paint touch ups
