A few minutes’ walk from the Piccadilly train station. The size of the room was amazing! Beautifully decorated and tastefully done. It far exceeded our expectations. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room, first floor, was very light and airy. It was very quiet. We had a lovely stay…thank you.
A small fridge would have really been a bonus.
Booking.com said breakfast was included but hotel argued it wasn’t had to speak to 3 members of staff to get breakfast sorted and only one of them was happy to help the other two were rude and dismissive bathroom was filthy as well
Close to piccadily station, good offers on cocktails.
Staff were not very attentive especially in the restaurant both a meal in the afternoon and breakfast. We had to keep asking for butter sauces cutlery and table to be cleared but the actual food was very nice.

We were upgraded to a lovely top floor suite, which was really comfortable, calm and stylish. The hotel itself is just beautiful, with original art nouveau tiles on the stairs. The staff are extremely kind and helpful.
The hotel is waiting for some work to be done... The lift didn't go all the way to the top floor because of a fault, and a tap fell off the bath – but these issues didn't affect our stay at all.
