Très bel hôtel à proximité de la gare et des centres d’intérêt de la ville. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Grande salle de bain et jolie vue sur la ville. Plateau de courtoisie et excellent petit-déjeuner. Amabilité du personnel.

This hotel met our needs for location, price and comfort.
Pros:

Chose the location because of it's proximity to Manchester Piccadilly Station. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the area.

Cons:

The breakfast options were fairly limited.

Relaxing ! Restful ! Revitalising!
Pros:

Everything from checking in to checking out was first rate.
Staff very helpful + professional
Room very high standard with all the amenities that you needed.

Cons:

A better complementary tea tray a few more items or types of tea - herbal / decaf + a better selection of biscuits ( I had plain biscuits + jammy dodgers.
It was satisfactory but needs upgrading to match quality of room !

Omar on reception was very helpful and informative , an asset to the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast ☹️ food was good, but very slow rather chaotic service. Another member of staff needed.
