The staff were very nice, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is good and convenient, and the rooms are comfortable.
The rooms were quite expensive, yet they do not include even a small fridge. This became a serious problem because I travel with medication that must be kept frozen at around -20°C. The reception staff genuinely tried to help and suggested storing my medication in the hotel's freezer, as many other hotels have kindly done for me. Unfortunately, the restaurant/bar employee refused, explaining that the manager did not allow it.
As a result, my only option was to keep the medication on ice. The hotel provided ice, but I had to replace it several times a day throughout my stay, which was exhausting and stressful.
I was disappointed because even more modest hotels have shown understanding and compassion for guests with medical needs by helping store essential medications safely. I hope the hotel reviews this policy so that future guests with health conditions receive better support.
Good location and price
Room was a bit tired and some decorating and maintenance issues were apparent - slightly peeling wall paper and flickering main light.

The chap at reception, Omar (?) was fantastic. Welcomed us on check in, spoke to us each time we passed through reception, and made sure our stay was a nice one.
Our request for a travel cot was actioned prior to our arrival, and there were quick replies to other requests both before and during our stay (Travel cot, extra towels, a fault with mains water supply to room)
Very very minor, but only 1 set of towels in the room and the mains water issue on morning 1 meant we ended up.missing breakfast.

Fabulously large room with a huge bed which was very comfortable. It was 30°c outside and the aircon was most welcome!
Beautiful bathroom and great shower. Toiletries were good quality and easy to access.

Nice hotel, centrally located, good breakfast, helpful and efficient staff, quiet and relaxing.
Maybe a little bit dated but I see workmen there doing some upgrades to the property presently
