Excellent value for money . Beautiful old.building in a great location..
The room was massive. Bed super comfy.
Breakfast was really good, table service and good choice.
The only little niggle was the water temperature and pressure in the shower.
Overall for what we paid would definitely recommend and stay again

Pros:

Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Location was also good

Cons:

We had a large corner room and it was a bit cold. Heating could not be turned on from the room. We had to request it to be put on each day

A very chilly night!!

Location was fine, staff polite and professional.

Cons:

The room was very cold on arrival and after asking for the heating to be turned on, considering it was the middle of February and only 3 degrees, reception said they had to ask the manager as it's on a timer. I'm guessing the answer was no as it didn't come on until just gone 5pm even though check in is at 3pm and even then the radiators needed bleeding so they were only partly warm. A very chilly stay!!! We didn't have breakfast as we thought the price was extortionate on top of the room rate and found it at a fraction of the price just along the road.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel
Pros:

l’établissement est idéalement placé dans le centre de manchester, et à la fois très calme.Tout est faisable à pied. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité et le service impeccable. L’hôtel est très propre. Rien à reprocher

Lovely stay in City Centre
Pros:

Great location, lovely friendly staff

Cons:

Had a problem with room next door and breakfast eggs were cold.
Staff were brilliant and moved our room and replaced with a fresh, very hot breakfast.
