Perfection
Pros:

Everything was incredible. The staff particularly were so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and funny. The hotel in its entirety was spotless. Truly so so clean. We had breakfast, it was so tasty, cooked to perfection. My cousins only complaint was that her sausages were so big she needed to cut them in half for her bagel. The beds were really really comfortable. The dressing gowns and slippers were monogrammed with the logo which was such a fabulous touch. The hair straighteners in the room and high quality ghd hairdryer. Its like they've thought of literally everything.

Cons:

This is not even a complaint because we made it work but the bathroom lighting could be better. Its a little too dark for doing make up.

We booked 2 rooms to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday, when we arrived the lady on reception said they had upgraded

Charming and Chic Boutique Hotel.
Pros:

The Tigerlily is a great hotel with all essential amenities, in a great location, very clean rooms, and a very good breakfast option. The bar and restaurant is decorated very colorful and chic. The restaurant was also very good. We really enjoyed our stat at the Tigerlily.

Fabulous afternoon tea
Pros:

We went to Tiger Lily for my mother in laws 95th birthday and my daughter in laws24 th birthday and what a fabulous time we had. The service from Nicole and the organisation from Caitlin was above and beyond expectation. Beautiful food and fizz. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable and a lovely celebration with family
Pros:

Loved the decoration of the restaurant and bar and some of the rooms
Complimentary cocktails for a birthday celebration.

Cons:

One room needed a bit of tlc - curtains needed hanging properly - lamp needed fixing - bathroom was a bit dusty in places but loo, sink and shower were clean.

Great location but breakfast service could be improved
Pros:

Location is fantastic for access to the Main Street and attractions

Cons:

Service for breakfast was very slow and only appeared to be one person receiving food from the kitchen. No cereal or fruit juice or pastries on offer. Coffee wasn’t hot and eggs were hard not runny for a poached egg. Reception staff very helpful, just need to up their game for breakfast. Bar staff at night also very good.
