A beautiful establishment, beautifully presented. We went for dinner, the staff were attentive and had an ability to gage the mood. They were professional, informative and had a great sense of humour adding positively to our experience. The food that we ordered was also delicious.
Definitely, this hotel is worth a visit and value for money also. Congratulations and thank you to all involved.

We had the pleasure of an eight night stay over New Year at this lovely property situated very close to the vineyards of Somerset West.
From the moment we arrived to departure we were welcomed by all the staff. Everybody was friendly and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
Room 5 was a good size, comfortable and bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower. Perhaps it could have gone with a little more lighting.
The grounds are lovely and being right next to the Erinvale Golf Course is great place for golfers.
Food was very good, excellent breakfasts although staff were a bit stretched from time to time.
We were a little surprised that the diner menu in Oak Terrace and Magnolia Social Dining was essentially the same but Bloom, their new fine dining venue, is an excellent addition.
We will certainly return, it is a true five star country house hotel

Perfect place, beautiful comom areas, very comfortable room, awesome gardens around, close to some vineyards, but, mostly, great people. Michelle, Stacey, Beneth, Thando and all the big team so thoughtful are simply amazing!

Phenomenal spa experiences Brittany was fabulous and so kind to fit me in for an extra massage during a very busy period. Possibly the best massage I’ve ever had! The whole family really enjoyed the spa from facials to massages was a great experience

Treatment was next level! Could not recommend this tranquil place surrounded by mountains. Staff was so friendly and tentative.

I came here with my family for my 3 days one of them was my birthday . I arrived here with 3 kids and 2 adults we had 2 rooms which were connected making it easier to be together as a family . The day of my birthday at breakfast I got a delicious piece of cake from the staff which was so sweet . This hotel also has a pool and spa the spa was extremely good and clean same with the pool . The food was great time spent well great memories .

We had a fantastically relaxing time here. Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, superb food and ALL the staff were wonderful. We were unsure if 7 nights would be too long ( quite the opposite!) could have stayed longer. Great place to discover the golf courses and vineyards of the area. Can highly recommend.

Wonderful place to unwind at the end of a 3 week SA trip. Cape Town airport is just 40 minutes away.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Erinvale Estate Hotel and Spa for two nights while attending a wedding at Lourensford, just next door, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome at check-in set the tone. The porter assisted us with a smile, and every interaction with the staff made us feel like valued guests. The hotel grounds and interiors are beautifully maintained, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly prepared for our stay.

Breakfast each morning was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and enjoyed in a lovely setting. A special mention must go to Susan and Gloria, whose friendly and attentive service made every breakfast feel special. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, always with genuine smiles.

What stood out most was the personal care and attention we received. My wife was battling a touch of flu, and Susan kindly prepared a special hot drink with ginger, lemon, and honey — a thoughtful gesture that made such a difference. It’s small touches like these that truly separate great hospitality from the rest.

Every aspect — from the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the food, to the overall atmosphere — reflected a commitment to excellence. Erinvale offers a combination of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality that made our stay memorable, and we would gladly return.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area, whether for a wedding in the area, golf next door, a getaway, or simply to relax in the Winelands.

This place was amazing ! The grounds around it are beautiful it is so exclusive ! The food was amazing we had a beautiful evening meal all different choices but the fish and chips was such a large portion I could not finish it ! It was so tasty ! We had lovely wines and starters and also a lovely cheesecake for dessert ! The pool was amazing ! There were 2 one was larger and had a bar which we also ate a small lunch there too ! This was so clean and warm it was gorgeous

What an absolute pleasure, the staff have been exceptional, always spoiling us, making sure we have everything we need and super friendly. Food was amazing and the rooms and conference facilities some of the best I've seen

All staff are super friendly and helpful here at Erinvale Estate Hotel & Spa, a special shout out to Lee (Restaurant Manager), Shudley (Front Office), Derango (Porter) and Ephraim (Barman) who went the extra mile to make my husband’s birthday very special. Drinks at the Magnolia Bar were surprisingly affordable for that level of establishment.

They try to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We received a complimentary wine tasting at Lourensford and a upgrade to one of their gorgeous premium rooms everything flawlessly thought through and an exceptionally high level of comfort with heated towel rails, Theravine amenities, 600 thread-count cotton linen, 55” Samsung art frame smart television, DSTV, complimentary fibre and bottled water, air-conditioning heating and cooling, satin and non-slip hangers, Nespresso machine and many more. Breakfast was delicious and all our needs was seen too.

10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Loved every minute of our wonderful 2 day stay, felt like royalty and look forward to returning.

Erinvale is truly world class, but what makes it special are the staff. Every trip, they make me feel so welcome it’s like coming home to friends and family. The rooms are classy, the grounds immaculate, and the new gym and pool area are stunning.

It’s one of the few places in the world where I feel completely relaxed. I’d live here if I could!

Erinvale was the perfect retreat from the world. We stopped on the way back from a safari, and I could not have pictured a better place to return to the world. We only got to stay for a day, but loved the spa, pool, grounds, and proximity to Vineyards. The rooms were very comfortable and huge. We cannot wait to come back!

Great stay. Exquisite property. Just sorry I couldnt stay longer. Everything exceptional except the wait for coffee in the morning, a good 30 min wait which needs serious improvement but otherwise nothing to fault. Great staff. Beautiful calm relaxing space.

We were super impressed with our stay. My only regret is that I could not stay longer. From the minute we arrived, when Bernard took us to our room and explained everything so nicely, to the extension of our check out time so we could enjoy the fabulous spa. This is such a well-kept and truly special property. I really appreciated the extra touch of the rose petals and little snacks when we arrived home for our anniversary. I cannot fault one thing. Thank you for a superb stay. I look forward to returning in the near future.
