Beautiful grounds and great location!
Pros:

Great location and overall grounds and gardens were stunning. The breakfast was delicious. The reception and restaurant was beautifully designed and decorated. Great drive up appeal.

Cons:

Service was so incredibly slow. From the breakfast service to the service at the pool. Everything took forever! My husband ordered a few cocktails to our room while we were getting ready for a wedding - 50 minutes went by and we still didn’t get them and had to leave. Staff were friendly but just incredibly inefficient sadly. Also the rooms were quite small and the bathroom had absolutely no surface space or storage for anything. A bit underwhelming to be honest.

What a treat. The pool and spa are worth the visit. Great staff. I would of chosen another room type

Beautiful setting, great value and service. We came here for a birthday breakfast and were delighted at the flexibility of the buffet and the quality of the food. Beautiful surroundings and excellent service from friendly staff.

No effort was too much, and always with a smile!
Pros:

With three couples, we stayed at Erinvale Estate Hotel and Spa. Particularly to play golf, as the the hotel is nicely situated next to the golf course. That said, there are more reasons to stay at Erinvale Estate Hotel. It’s a very charming, very well decorated hotel, in a contemporary, eclectic style. Modern but still very warm and cosy. A beautiful terrace to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner but also inside, the lobby, bar and restaurant are great and beautiful spaces to spend some time. Once inside, the green and beautiful garden, surrounded by the main building and the rooms are nearby. Green and full of lovely scents. The rooms are spacious, with a very comfortable bed and functional but good bathroom including a great shower. We loved our room, and with a little terrace, close to the smaller swimming pool. There is also a much bigger swimming pool, close to the Spa, more beautiful but a few steps further from the main building. Last but not least, it was the staff that made our stay unforgettable…! No effort was too much and always, everything and always with a big smile, we really felt at home. What can I say more, enough reasons to come back and enjoy this magnificent, very pleasant place.

Two great evenings.
Pros:

A beautiful establishment, beautifully presented. We went for dinner, the staff were attentive and had an ability to gage the mood. They were professional, informative and had a great sense of humour adding positively to our experience. The food that we ordered was also delicious.
Definitely, this hotel is worth a visit and value for money also. Congratulations and thank you to all involved.

Die Hotelanlage gefiel uns sehr gut. Das Zimmer, die Restaurants, das Hotel, der SPA Bereich, die Parkmöglichkeiten und das Essen waren sehr gut. Das Personal war immer sehr hilfsbereit und so freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl! Wir hatten eine Gin Verkostung, die viel Spaß machte: alles wurde uns so gut erklärt, es war ein wundervolles Erlebnis! Die Massagen im SPA genossen wir auch sehr. Sehr kompetentes Personal!
Thank you so much - everybody we met made our stay wonderful !!

Cons:

The bed was too soft and another thing we missed. We are golfers and thought that we as hotel guests would have access to the golf facilities without a tee time. Unfortunately we could only use the golf facilities when we had a tee time.

Gorgeous leafy surroundings. Great hotel.
Pros:

Staff are super. Food delicious. This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Our second visit and will definitely return. Immaculately maintained and so pretty with thatched buildings.

Staff were welcoming and really accommodating and helpful

Cons:

The shower - the door leaked water all over the floor and the water mixer was very difficult to navigate for the right temperature. The room needs more lights.
