Great staff
Pros:

I want to sincerely thank the entire staff for handling such an unfortunate situation with exceptional professionalism, compassion, and kindness. Everyone went above and beyond to make a difficult experience much easier, and I truly appreciate the care and support I received.

The team here is outstanding and sets a high standard for what hospitality should be. Because of this experience, I will absolutely stay here again whenever I'm in Baltimore. Thank you all for your exceptional service.

Pros:

I am a diabetic.I came there to get away.I have my own place, but I cannot sleep at home.So I came there to get some peace But I have a problem sleeping so when I get up and go to the bathroom the\nToilet , do not flush like a norman toilet do i have to hold it about 2 minutes.So now I can't go back to sleep and that was a problem

Cons:

I do not like the food the people was nice. The hotel was nice and clean.\n I do not like the way the kitchen look. Ed the refrigerator was too small.

Good location, comfortable room
Pros:

Location was great, just around the corner from the convention centre and across the street from the baseball stadium. Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was nothing special but served the purpose. The floor in the shower was slippery

lThis is always our go to hotel in Baltimore!
Pros:

Room was very spacious, staff was very friendly and breakfast was the normal breakfast that is offered at Hampton Inn,This is location was perfect, you can walk to Camden Yards

I would never stay her again strictly based on the fact that they hire irresponsible valet attendants who damage people’

100 percent would recommend.
Pros:

Great location. My room was cozy and clean. No complaints at all except that I had an issue with the toilet running. However, Mike, the maintenance guy, was quick to respond and fixed it within 5 minutes of me calling. He was also pleasant and apologized about the issue multiple times. Never had a problem after. He was always also asking how my day was whenever I ran into him and was nice to talk to when headed to gym.

Can’t go wrong with free Breakfast with lots of variety… sausage, eggs, cereal, waffles, fruit, muffins. And Claudette! She was always nice to speak to in the morning, offering if I needed anything to make my breakfast better.

The staff was awesome too. As soon as I walked in, Janine, greeted me with a smile. She answered all questions I had. And was really patient the entire time.

Mariah was a pleasure to see when we returned in the afternoon. She checked in and always asked how our day was. Her recommendations on places to go and eat were greatly appreciated.

Lastly, Aunt Velda, thank you for watching out for us when we got back from a night of drinking. She laughed and talked with us… noticed the fun we had, then provided us with the much needed bottled water we needed. Thank you for looking out for us.

Great hotel. Would definitely return. The entire facility was nice and well taken care of. Buts it’s really just the staff that make you feel welcome and want to stay.
