The breakfast was good. The location was good right across from Camden. Yards, which we were going to the game? So that was nice. We just had to walk across the street.

Cons:

I think that price was a little high for the room for one night. But that's the price you have to pay for the convenience of being right across from the ballpark

Decent. Not where I would go again.

I like the view of our room and the space. Even though originally I was not given the room requested over the phone at check in, I was happy that they were accommodating for my husband’s birthday.

Cons:

The pool was cloudy, cold and full of hair. The breakfast was not great. There was few options. Only omlet style eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, few bagels, and muffins, oatmeal and a waffle station. Tight space. And I found black curly hair on my sausage half way through eating. Im blonde. I let the front desk know. They didn’t accommodate. Dog barks outside our room every time we left or entered our room. Overall quiet though. 5 dollars for every single snack or beverage? Having to pay 30$ for 2 drinks and 2 small snacks is wild. Only Valet parking at 60$ a night. Plus a 100$ per night room hold. We were there for 2 nights. If you were visiting on a budget like I was, they really make sure u don't got money to spend when ur here. Could not sleep through the night. Beds were hard. Woke up a few times through the night.

Very clean and perfectly located.
Pros:

It was located perfectly right infront of the Orioles stadium and downtown. Our room was ready right away and the room was spacious and very clean. We had an issue with the window shade not coming down and they sent someone right away to fix it. Free breakfast was a major plus.

Cons:

Parking was expensive.

The people were very friendly and welcoming. We came for the Orioles game, and this is absolutely the best place to stay if you are going to a game. Will definitely be returning.

Pros:

parking issue was the wait for the car when checking out the valie was awesome but she was alone at 645 am and we waited over an hour to get our car which i feel is too long. they should make sure at check out and check in there are more people working one person is not acceptable when there was at least 5 couples waiting for there cars

Pros:

I want to sincerely thank the entire staff for handling such an unfortunate situation with exceptional professionalism, compassion, and kindness. Everyone went above and beyond to make a difficult experience much easier, and I truly appreciate the care and support I received.

The team here is outstanding and sets a high standard for what hospitality should be. Because of this experience, I will absolutely stay here again whenever I'm in Baltimore. Thank you all for your exceptional service.
