I wish I would’ve stayed at the Hilton next-door.
Pros:

The location is really good if you’re going to a baseball game or the convention center.

Cons:

They were out of hot water for several days and it was a situation that I felt and fixed much quicker. The staff was not very attentive when you were there. Pretty much sitting on their phones, ignoring you.

Pros:

front desk personnel were very friendly as was the valet.

Cons:

the problem was unruly kids/families on our floor -- they were running up and down the hallways most of the evening banging on our doors and then fleeing to the other end of the hallway. no parental supervision. called the front desk. they came up but the activity ended briefly and then started up again with the kids hanging outside our doorway stating how they wanted to pound on our door again -- so they must have been told we complained.

Good hotel HORRIBLE parking rip off
Pros:

The hotel itself was good. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Front desk staff was nice. We used the parking garage, which said $45 nightly. We stayed 2 nights plus 2 hours and were charges $149. When I inquired, the person said it was a "demand surcharge" due to occupancy levels of $14.00 each day, a $6.08 surcharge and the additional 2 hours for checking out at 2:35 (after the 1 pm check out for car) was $25. In addition, the website said $45 when I checked it while I sent my message to them and when I went back after I got their response, it had been changed to $60. Totally rediculous hidden costs! Very unethical!

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We were in Baltimore for a baseball game at Camden Ysrds. Perfect location. Right across the street from! Staff were wonderful.

Cons:

I’m gluten intolerant and there were really no options for me at breakfast.

Comfortable, good stay for Orioles game.
Pros:

Great location for Orioles game. Easy in and out for the hotel valet. Check in / check out was quick. Room and common areas were clean.

Cons:

Valet- you could tell they didn't take car of cars. Things were spilled out in the trunk, showing how fast corners were taken. When they pulled up they ended up on the median a bit and someone had thrown something at the car and the passenger side was sticky and dirty upon pick up, not how I had left the car when I dropped it off not even 24 hours earlier.
