We all said that our stay was very pleasant.
There was no ice in a few of the machines. But a very nice male worker got ice for us from the kitchen.
Hotel clean staff friendly and very helpful!
I can’t complain
Very nice and supportive reception team
In our first room, the aircondition was very loud and outdated. You could not use it during the night

Check in is at 3, we weren't able to get into our room until 445, as it wasn't ready. The ice machine was broken, elevators were broken, both at one point. The keurig in the room was also broken.. There were no towels at the pool. A very big disappointment with this hotel for the price, super dissatisfied. I certainly would have expected better from a Hilton hotel.
I usually don't complain about hotel stays, but this was a very poor experience compared to the many other Hilton properties I have stayed at. Upon arriving at our room we found it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. We cleaned up several press-on nails that were still left on the floor at various spots in the room. Despite reserving a room that sleeps 5 and making a reservation for 4 people, there were only enough towels and washcloths for 2 people in the room. When I called to ask for more, I was told I would have to come all the way back to the front desk from my room on the 4th floor on the other end of the building because the person at the desk was the only staff member. In the bathroom itself, there were no hooks for the towel besides the one small rack above the toilet. It appears one on the back of the door may have been ripped off. Again, with four people in the room we had to resort to hanging them in the closet. When we tried to change the direction of the shower head in the shower, a stream of water came shooting out so we didn't do that again. I had tried to get two additional pillows as we were using the pull out sofa bed. Had to again come down to the front desk and only one pillow was available. We didn't have TV service on any of the TVs in our room the entire stay so we couldn't watch the world cup games. When we talked to the front desk we were told that some rooms were having issues, but no heads up was given when we checked in. The AC unit / thermostat in the room ended up being annoying all night long. When set at 71 degrees and auto fan, it would run for several minutes, then shut off for several minutes, then run again for several minutes and that cycle went on all night long. It seemed like there was furniture missing from the room as well. While there was outlets where a nightstand would normally be aside of the bed, the was only a single nightstand between the two beds.
Clean. Free breakfast.
We were not able to get cable TV for the 2 nights we were there. We told the front desk staff and they didn’t know what to do.Cable TV in the lobby so it didn’t make sense.

Facilities man was very helpful .
Upon arrival, I waited approximately 14 minutes to be checked in. While the wait was longer than expected, I would like to note that the associate who assisted me was very kind and ensured that I received points for my stay, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, after entering my room, I noticed several housekeeping issues. The room appeared to be only partially cleaned, as there was no ice bucket, two dirty dishes left in the sink, and no extra garbage bags provided.
When I attempted to get ice, I had to use a cooking pot due to the missing ice bucket. However, the ice machines on both the first and second floors were not functioning, requiring me to go to the front desk for assistance.
Later that evening, I visited the pool and noticed that the water appeared to need attention, as it had a film-like feeling on the surface.
I also experienced issues with both television remotes. After contacting the front desk, I waited approximately 45 minutes to an hour for assistance, only to have the issue resolved by replacing the batteries.
Finally, upon checking out the following morning, there was no hot water available, which was very disappointing.
I didn’t like that they did not do any housekeeping the whole time we were there, even though they promised to. The fridge in a room wasn’t working and the key cards would fail every day and we had to stand in a long line to get them fixed.
