The place was beautiful, clean and staff was very attentive. The on duty Manager Ida Sarr made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Loved staying here.

Our 40-day stay at Homewood Suites in Princeton was nothing short of extraordinary, and it is difficult to fully capture the depth of our gratitude for the entire team who made this chapter of our lives so meaningful.

What began as an unexpected displacement due to a fireplace explosion and insurance claim quickly transformed into an experience filled with warmth, care, and genuine human connection. From the very first day, we were welcomed not as guests, but as family.

While every team member played an important role, we would be remiss not to especially recognize Sandy, whose presence became a true cornerstone of our experience. The bond she formed with our 6-year-old daughter was incredibly special—one of those rare, genuine connections that goes far beyond hospitality. Sandy’s kindness, warmth, and attentiveness brought daily joy to our daughter and comfort to us as parents. It is a relationship we will always cherish.

A sincere thank you as well to Abby, Director of Sales, whose professionalism and care helped ensure a smooth and thoughtful experience from the very beginning. The front-of-house team—Sandy, Ida, Alyssa, and Omar—consistently greeted us with kindness, patience, and a sincere desire to make each day better than the last. Their presence brought a sense of stability and ease during an otherwise uncertain time.

We would also like to give a heartfelt and special shoutout to Gloria, whose care and attentiveness ensured we were always nourished. Whether through her thoughtful preparation, consistency, or warm presence, she brought a sense of comfort and home to our daily routines. It’s the kind of care that goes far beyond expectation and leaves a lasting impression.

Behind the scenes, Maria and Jarvis, along with the entire back-of-house staff, upheld an exceptional standard of cleanliness and care. The property was consistently immaculate, and their dedication did not go unnoticed.

What truly sets this location apart is the way the staff goes above and beyond in ways that cannot be trained—it comes from the heart. They didn’t just accommodate us; they celebrated life with us. Hosting our son’s first birthday in such a welcoming environment was incredibly special, and their willingness to approve and support a pool gathering for our daughter’s homeschooling co-op speaks volumes about their flexibility and generosity of spirit.

The suite itself provided everything we needed to live fully—ample space, a well-equipped kitchen, and an environment where we could cook, eat, play, and simply be together without interruption. It allowed us to maintain a sense of normalcy and even joy during a time that could have easily felt stressful and displaced.

This team didn’t just provide a place to stay—they created a home. They turned a challenging life moment into a memory we will forever hold with appreciation and warmth.

Everything clean quiet area calm peace everything what I look for

Princeton Homewood Suites Team, I have been for over 3+ years and continue to be impressed by your hospitality and professionalism. The front desk staff are welcoming and well versed in their tasks, the food area personnel are very friendly and the area is well kept and organized, management is well trained and very helpful when misalignments occur. In summation, I stay here because I want to, not because I have too.

Alyssa at the front desk was amazing! She helped me secure the same room I was in from previous night (2 separate bookings) Super friendly and helpful. Thanks, Alyssa!

Poor communication. Was billed for 2 rooms when I only had 1. Hotel staff is unhelpful in refunding. Having to dispute the charge with my bank.

It was close to hospital. It was a large suite and was perfect for me to rest after my surgery while my husband was able to sit in living room and watch tv without disturbing me.

The staff was very excellent

The hotel is what you expect of the Hilton brand at a value price.. The staff were simply super professional and genuinely friendly.. I can't express that enough.. Then moving onto the great clean facility with wonderful beddings.. I always love soft white clean beddings and towels.. Nice hot water pressure all day. A descent (smallish) pool but ok to relax and functional gym..good for lo lnger stays..

The location is close to what's called the Terminal which is a long strip.mall with wonderful array of shops and eateries...you bound to find some of tour own fun.. Parking could be a tricky as the spaces on the property are limited, but if you don't mind the walk from the nearby open parking its not the worst if things.. and by theway.. Its free!! So I am not complaining about that. All in all a great value for money.. no regrets.

Clean and staff was friendly

I recently worked with Abby and Tanisha to book many rooms for work due to inclement weather, and the experience was outstanding. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the level of service was truly top-notch.
Both Abby and Tanisha went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met, making what could have been a stressful situation seamless and comfortable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.
Because of this experience, I would not chooseto stay anywhere else but this hotel. Thank you for providing such excellent service!!

About a week into my monthlong stay but I had to write a review now because I am just so appreciative of the immense hospitality demonstrated by every member of the team but especially Alyssa. She went out of her way and got creative to help me problem solve when I got snowed in during my stay. It’s not often you see such compassion and I am so grateful to be a recipient of it.
