We spend time with our grandchildren and son using the facilities

Sewage Problem DONT STAY ON FIFTH FLOOR ROOMS 528 - 530
Pros:

The hotel has a serious sewage problem. Fifth floor, and most others as well, smell like sewage on the end room 528 - 532. I read about this prior to my visit but felt it must have been a limited event. Not true and all of the "maintenance" and toilet snaking in the work won't solve this problem. Management aware claiming they are working on it - doubt it. Peloton room 531 THE WORST STINK. Stupid that they don't move the bike.

Decent but could have been better if hot water had been working
Pros:

There was no hot water on my initial arrival on the 16th. I was told it would be working the following day. I tried to take a shower on the morning of the 18th and there was NO hot water. I also could only get cold water from the sink.

I regret.
Cons:

I didn't like that I was unable to get a refund for the last night. I checked out early and Hilton would not honor a refund and I was unable to connect with ANYONE at Booking.com. I will never use your platform again and I will not be recommending to anyone. I lost nearly $200.

I ordered an omelet for breakfast and receive scrambled eggs. This was one morning of the three. Other mornings the meals were excellant.
