Very nice well priced and definitely will book again if I’m in the area
Pros:

The breakfast was awesome each morning. Food was hot and plentiful Food area was clean and inviting. The lady in charge was a delight. Very friendly and all smiles making me feel very welcome each morning Don’t let her get away she is an assert to your hotel

Cons:

I was not crazy about the envelope under the tv inviting me to put tip money for housekeeping. That felt like it was expected of me from the very beginning of my stay to tip when I felt that I should be allowed to decide on my last day if I thought a tip was well deserved

Pensacola stay.
Pros:

The hotel was new and everything was clean. It was in a good location just off the highway and near Cracker Barrell. The room was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and was very warm. It was a good value for our money. We would stay here again.

Solid hotel with minor frustrations
Pros:

I stayed here while visiting some friends in the area over the last weekend of February. The room was fine overall, but I did have some very minor things. One was that the door reader was very troublesome. They tried to tell me on my last night that it was because the card has been magnetized, and sure at that point it may have been, but the first night at check in, I could barely get the key to work. That's fine, we move on.

Second was the air conditioner filter smelled musty and damp. Every time it turned on, the room got this wet odor like something had been sitting in water for too long. It sort of grossed me out and made me turn it off on my last night to avoid the smell.

Finally, the one very minor inconvenience that irked me was at check in, they gave me a code to access the wifi. Apparently, it changed with no notice and I could not connect for a bit until I contacted the front desk. The texting line was helpful and they were kind in assisting me, but it's frustrating when that happens with no warning.

I can't speak to breakfast or any other amenities. The bathroom was alright, no complaints there. Appreciated the full mini fridge with a freezer AND a fridge, was easy to store things.

It's a solid Best Western and I would stay again if I came back.

The hotel was ok but they did nothing to control the noise even after being called at 11 p.m and 12:
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The inn was clean and most of the staff were very professional.

Cons:

A group was staying and they were EXTREMELY LOUD. Running up and down the hallways, Teenaged girls laughing VERY LOUD until about midnight and then up at it again beginning about 4:30 a.m.

Overall we would stay again.
Pros:

Location was great, staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Had to cut stay short, due to unforseen issue,only stayed one night and couldn't get credit for second night, but we understand our reservation was for 2 nights.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, close to beaches and other attractions. Staff is knowledgeable about area, and friendly. Rooms were well kept and clean.

They required us to give a $150 deposit at check in. We weren't aware of the extra expense when we made the reservation.
