Very enjoyable
Pros:

Excellent location for the Pleasure Beach ...tram stop just across the road for The Tower etc ...breakfast very good .

Cons:

I e Mr bet of staff was rude but the Manage Dane dealt with our complaint very well

Our stay at the hotel was fab all the staff were so helpful and it was spotless breakfast was fab

Good stay, lovely ambiance and great location
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the time and location perfect. Easy to get on tram/bus to all the location we need
The staff were kind and helpful, smiling and welcoming.

We'll definitely call again

Cons:

The price is a little high for off peak but worth it

Room wall was a bit dusty though

Cons:

The pillows were awful! So full/big and uncomfortable. Sadly if I stayed again I’d have to bring my own.. the crick in my neck the following day was sadly my lasting memory which tarnished an otherwise superb hotel.

Grandkids first holiday
Pros:

Clean and so comfy. Staff always accommodating as I had 2 young grandson's with me .
Their first holiday with nanny making beautiful memories. Thank you.

That it was so far up the strip.
