Pros:

Great location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast time is horrible, for a hotel that size the food room should not be that small. It gets busy and everyone knocking into you and grabbing food. Its need to be more spacious. Hardly any food and not a great choice of breakfast choices.

Location was good. Away from main prom and nightlife

Cons:

Toilet doorlocks were almost like hooks. Very strange and flimsy. That really is minor but very fidgety. Found it odd given the rest of the facilities Aircon was a bit temperamental. Was ok given time of year but in height of summer it woulda been tough.

Really good the reception staff were very friendly

The staff were excellent, room was clean and maintained every single day. Excellent breakfast too!

Good but room for improvement.
Pros:

Breakfast was disorganised but food quality was good. Good access to local amenities.

Cons:

No toilet brush in my toilet and lock broken on toilet door. Uncomfortable second bed. Chaotic breakfast experience with no orderly queue. Paying £12 to use hotel carpark seemed unfair as I had already paid to stay and that rounded up the cost to £100 for a night.

Comfortable, clean hotel. Will stay here again.
Pros:

All the staff were really pleasant. Great location near the pleasure beach. All areas were very clean. Great breakfast, kids loved the waffle maker.

Cons:

It got a bit crowded breakfast time (9:30) but we just went down a bit earlier the next morning (8:30) and it was fine.
