The hotel was neat and quiet
They need to work on the parking space for car as big hotel you dot have to pay for parking as a customer
The breakfast was good and offered both cold and hot options.. The waffles went down with the children.
People walking round in their pyjamas. They are for your room and shouldn't be allowed to be worn outside of hotel rooms.
Location and presentation
Breakfast was very good
No fridges in bedrooms.
It was clean and close to the beach and all entertainment places. Staff were very friendly, very helpful and professional. The gym facility was very good.
The rooms seemed to be a bit small and there was no bottled water in the rooms. The tv was not smart tv so could not connect to Netflix. Long queues on the breakfast station especially the waffle station and other food items would run out and would not be available. The other lift(elevator) was not working for my last two days of stay so there was one that was working so there were also long queues at times of people wanting to use the lift so we ended up using the stairs at times.
Our stay was great as always. We were checked in by Grace and she was lovely with the biggest lovely smile.
Breakfast was great we were slightly late going down the first morning so hit the mad rush but was ok. Breakfast is great value
Bar staff were fab and made some great cocktails
Breakfast was ok
Wouldn’t stay again, felt it was overpriced!
Rooms are lovely clean and spacious with an excellent sea view
The hotel was a little busy with families due to the summer holidays.
Breakfast was chaotic due to queues and families helping themselves to far to many food and then wasting.
Very good
Both lifts working
it was clean and staff was friendly
clean
Modern clean.
Slightly small
Reception staff were lovely and very accomodating. It was our daughters birthday treat and when the staff found out they gave her a card and some Haribo. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was a lovely size! Many spaces to allow for guest parking for a reasonable £13.50 for 24 hours. The hotel was right on the promenade which was about a 15min walk straight down to get to Pleasure Beach Palace and Pier. Location was brilliant. Hotel was very clean.
The only downfall for our stay was the limited availability at breakfast for Gluten dietary requirements.
The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely and helpful. Easy parking. Our room was clean, tidy and bed was comfortable. Lovely breakfast, plenty to choose from. Ideal location, not too close to the loud bars and entertainment, but not too far away. Close to tram stop, so easy to get to blackpool town. We come to this hotel every year from newcastle and will continue to do so, as it is 5 minutes down the street from where my son and grandson lives. So easy to visit them.
Nothing.
Very nice room, clean, enough space and view was amazing
Breakfast was very average and if you wasn't down before 9am your lucky if you could get Breakfast
The hotel is lovely...comfy...great breakfast...accommodating staff.

When we came to check in at 3 our room wasn’t ready. We could understand the hotel was very busy so we were ok to wait. We waited until 4pm, in the bar area which was clean and comfortable to wait, with free water to help yourself, and then were told the room was ready. As we had to wait we were given a complimentary drink at the bar, late check out the next day and some chocolate for our room. The staff who dealt with it all seemed to go above a beyond and were very friendly, especially a girl called Grace. Room was comfortable and spotless and breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Could not fault it at all.
This hotel must be fairly new and it’s a definite improvement on the usual offer in Blackpool but it’s not great.
The rooms are fine and staff try their best but there are some things the staff can’t fix.
The windows in rooms won’t open making the whole place airless and oppressive.
The location is far from the main centre which is fine to a point but the surrounding area is very deprived. There are no decent local places to eat and the restaurant offering in the hotel is, to put it politely, limited.
Breakfast was among the worst I’ve experienced in a long time.
The overall stay was excellent, nice big rooms, which were clean and comfortable, For us maybe a little bit south, and parking can be a lottery, BUT we will be back again
First morning at breakfast we waited at a sign that said "wait here to be seated" no one approached us.We had to ask the barman , do we stand or do we sit, his reply was oh its busy just go find a seat.In my opinion someone should be allocated to seat ppl and explain the procedure for breakfast. The next morning the same sign was there, but we just went and found a table ourselves..We liked that breakfast is on until 11
