TH Madonna di Campiglio - Golf Hotel

I would stay at hotel again. We stayed for a week for skiing with two kids (6yo and 3yo). It was very convenient. The ski school was next door and the rental shop was down stairs. The hotel is very kid friendly. There is a kids club (TH Land) and they were awesome! They picked up the kids from ski school. The primary negative about the hotel was the dinner schedule. They don’t serve dinner until 730pm, which was not all that convenient with smaller kids (note most restaurants in town didn’t open till 6pm either). The snacks at the bar were limited and not a great option to hold the kids over.

Da rifare, obsoleta, mal curata

Pulito ma l'elevato utilizzo della moquette non mi fa mettere la quinta stella. La card per aprire la stanza si è smagnetizzata 8 volte in 7 notti e ogni volta era necessario tornare in reception (dove il personale non è all'altezza dell'hotel). Ottimo personale di sala e intrattenimento, ottima qualità del cibo. Ottima la possibilità di noleggio passeggini da trekking anche se dopo 2 giorni sotto al sole, si è scoperto che erano presenti anche quelli con parasole (e qui torniamo sull'inadeguatezza del personale in reception). Posizionato a 20' a piedi (in discesa) dal paese, la posizione risulta strategica per diverse escursioni in estate, mentre d'inverno la posizione direttamente sulle piste è perfetta.

The hotel itself is as described. The service was mixed. Valentina on reception was fantastic and was helpful above and beyond in every respect. The bar and cleaning staff were also excellent. The restaurant manager wasn't the friendliest or most helpful. The Ski hire company attached to the hotel (CCM) could improve their service in person. We told them we wanted to hire skis and buy lift passes for 3 days. Without asking any further information he proceeded to give us skis - without knowing our ability or ski style. We were also given the incorrect ski pass and for the wrong days (luckily Valentina at reception helped us sort this out with the Ski lift ticket office nearby at Groste) The ski bus to the town runs from 3.30pm to 7.15pm, so if you wish to stay later in town you have to get a taxi (15 euros).

Overall we were happy with our stay, the rooms and the spa was very nice. However the dinner in the hotel was not good. Breakfast was ok.

Хороший итальянский отель, чисто, уютно, вкусно. Завтраки могли бы быть и более интересными. Хорошие ужины.
ski-in ski-out лучше, чем у многих отелей в этом городе, но все же делать Ski-room с противоположной стороны отеля от склона странно.
Отличная зона катания как для начинающих, так и для любителей погонять по черным трассам!

Hotel un po’ attempato da rinfrescare

Hotel perfeito, bem localizado, bem perto do centro e com transporte. com ares de campo e acesso direito às pistas. recomendo sem restrições.

Me and my family were on skiing holidays. Overall We liked the hotel. The location for skiing is great as 2 major lifts are in a walking distance. However, the hotel says it is ski-in-ski-out. I agree with ski-in partially as you really get down right to the bottom part of the hotel but still have to work your way up to the ski-room. Ski-out - you may carry your skis to the lower level and then ski to the very old lift but reaching Fortini and Groste lifts will require some 7-8 min walking. The problem is with a ski-room as it is located in the older building ob the ground floor and gived no chance to just ski down. The spa is great, however it is weird that even guests have to pay extra (15 eur for an adult, 6 eur for a child; discount packages are availble too). I haven’t seen that in any other hotel! Breakfast is good but not extraordinary. Bar and bartenders are very cool with live piano music every evening. We had B&B, so for dinners we went to different restaurants in Madonna. You have to pre-book them at least a day before to get seating.

struttura antiquata che necessita di assoluto adeguamento e rinnovamento in ottima posizione. Manca sistema di raffrescamento nelle camere che mi ha obbligato a dormire a finestre aperte. Lo staff al bureau non mi ha saputo trovare una soluzione. Estremamente confuso il sistema misto ( buffet/carta) di gestione della cena per cui allo stesso tavolo alcuni commensali sono già arrivati alla frutta mentre altri stanno ancora aspettando il primo dalla cucina con piatti sporchi che si accumulano. Camerieri gentilissimi ma affannati che girano senza un'apparente logica in difficoltà per gestire questo sistema. In alcuni casi la cucina molto al disotto delle aspettative. La pulizia delle camere non all'altezza di un quattro stelle.Bagni angusti, antiquati e non troppo puliti. Ottimo intrattenimento del musicista alla sera. scomodo il bar durante il giorno quasi ad uso esclusivo dei golfisti. Assurdo il balzello anticipato spacciato per iscrizione per servizi che non userai e che non ho usato e incongruo per i servizi offerti

La vacanza è stata piacevole e positiva, la struttura e la posizione dell' hotel ottima, immersa nel verde, il golf ai piedi della montagna, tutto ben tenuto, spa eccezionale, peccato che il ristorante abbia avuto molte criticità e carenze in quanto non organizzato e gestito in modo adeguato per la struttura in essere, per il resto tutto ok!!!

ho sostanzialmente dato un giudizio "medio" sul mio soggiorno perché si sono alternate situazioni positive a situazioni abbastanza negative che in sostanza si sono equilibrate raggiungendo pertanto un risultato medio,
sinteticamente posso elencare :
aspetti positivi :
posizione della struttura,
abbondanza e qualità della prima colazione;
aspetti negativi :
incompetenza dello staff alla ricezione,
inusualità a chiedere in fase di check in la tassa di soggiorno
(senza peraltro rilasciare la relativa ricevuta);
