Nice hotel however skip the breakfast and eat elsewhere. Perhaps remove the breakfast feature and lower the cost to stay

Let without having a safe place to sleep my 9 month old.
Cons:

Requested a crib and was given an old pack and go. When opened it was broken and ripped, in no condition to place a small child in. Returned the pack and play to the front to exchange it and no replacement given.
