Nice clean and large rooms with excellent location on the beach and friendly staff.
Pros:

It was on the beach and rooms were large.

Cons:

Teenagers scales the fences at 11pm to get into the pool having competitions to see who could slap the floats on the ground the loudest. Ladies party on roof of taller building making very loud noises until well after midnight. Staff only on duty until 9pm.
Children in the Spa (hot tub) despite a sign saying no person under 18 allowed.

Convenient comfort with a stellar spot on the beach!
Pros:

The view from the balcony is unbeatable! It's a great location, and we were surprised to have more items in the kitchenette than expected (utensils, dishware, etc.). Pool area was nice too.

Cons:

The wear and tear on the space was pretty evident, mold in the tile grout, water damage in bathroom without a good curtain situation, and the A/C was super loud and outdated.
