Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. I am a regular customer and I frequently book rooms at your hotel for myself and my friends, however this time the staff were not willing to accommodate or show any flexibility.
In a situation where I expected understanding and loyalty towards a returning guest, no effort was made to find a reasonable solution. This lack of consideration for a regular client is extremely disappointing.
I genuinely expected a more customer-oriented and flexible approach. Sadly, this experience has significantly affected my overall impression of your service.

Sadly, this stay turned out to be a very negative experience. As a returning guest who regularly books rooms at your hotel for myself and my friends, I was expecting a higher level of consideration and flexibility.
Instead, the staff showed no willingness to assist or offer any compromise. Given my history of frequent bookings, I had hoped for a more understanding and loyal approach. Unfortunately, no effort was made to support a repeat customer.
This experience has left me disappointed and has affected my perception of your overall service and hospitality.
