Lovely stay, great room and Hati was great in the exec lounge.
great location close to the tube and a short walk to London Bridge and the Tower of London. Large room with all the amenities you would expect. Spacious bathroom. Staff were very helpful and professional. Would definitely stay again. Had a window that opened so great to be able to get fresh air in the room.

It was so central. The room however had no view of Tower Bridge. So centrally located and just accross the road from the train and tube stations.

Location of hotel is amazing. Just a min of a walk from London bridge station. All the staff were amazing. Especially that one trainee on the front desk. I guess his name is Bhaumik, who made our check-in seamless.

Walked over famous London bridge to Tower of London-.
Used #15 bus to Trafalgar square and then walked to Buckingham palace.

As lifetime Diamond Members we received a warm excellent welcome. Our executive room was spotless and absolutely perfect. The Executive Lounge is the best in London… our go to Hilton in London was Bankside for the last 10 years but as of yesterday, Tower Bridge Hilton is going to be our “go to” in London. DONT get me started on Breakfast! Is decedent and please, it’s not meant for those on diets, perfecto. One last thing, I hope the hotel recognises the value of Victoria in the executive lounge she is like the rest of this hotel, perfect and please pass on my compliments to Victoria for her excellent service and the kindness she showed us.

Terrible communication with the management staff. You can wait weeks for a response and still never get one — by the time they reply, it’s already too late and no longer useful. I would not recommend this place.

Hotel was great! Hati in the lounge was amazing! Very helpful and accommodating
Experience was lovely and the staff was really helpful especially Olha who helped out with any queries I had.
Wonderful reception team, 10 grade Executive Lounge with best food and drink and above all A wonderful team, perfect location with London Bridge underground station only few minutes walk away and A lot more. Always when in London, the Hilton London Tower Bridge is definitely our home away from home.
