The location is great. The room was ultra quiet. Air-conditioning great.
The bed was really uncomfortable…the bed mattress was firm…like really firm…so my sleep was very uncomfortable…I’ve not experienced this at other Hilton’s. The Hilton management should try sleeping on them. Room was 324.
The other really bad thing was that the cooked breakfast buffet was cold…it was like the hot plates were off. Not good..and not to the standard I expect from Hilton.
The waitress who served me was excellent though.

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, we received a free upgrade as it was my birthday and despite it being too late for my mum to pay to surprise us with a birthday package they upgraded and arranged the birthday package for free which made the stay very special. Great location. Incredibly comfortable bed, free robes, slippers, plenty of towels and amenities - the scales were also a bonus! Amazing view of the shard. Gorgeous bathroom, very spacious room, plenty of mirrors, storage space, surface space, fridge, ice bucket, free tea/nespresso coffee pods etc. Plenty of lighting options for cosier evenings. Perfectly clean and up to date decor.
Sound proofing in the corridors not 10/10 as could hear the guests in the room next door having a loud valentines evening!! (to be fair I think it was a personal choice to be loud and not a fault of the soundproofing)
For my first time at Hilton Hotel tower London Bridge,The property, was client, very organised , communication was good and professional from staff,anything I needed was provided ‘specially my birthday room hotel decorations was amazing, when I saw the welcome with my name on the tv made me happy I enjoyed everything in that hotel,and I saw the shards as well where I celebrated my birthday too. Thank you so much for making that special day for me, and I can’t wait to come again and again.

Our room was on the 8th floor and looking slightly to the left we could see all of the Shard - wonderful! The room and bed were very comfortable. The location was ideal for us. The breakfast gave a huge choice and was delicious
