It was okay
Pros:

Staff was nice

Cons:

Our shower was wet like someone was fresh out of the shower. There was no bodywash in the dispenser. I accidentally pulled back all the sheets and there were crumbs all over the bed

Honestly, I didn't like anything.

Cons:

The experience from start to finish was unacceptable. I booked for Ceasars but was told when I got there, I was at Harrah's. I wasn't able to check in until more than 2 hours after the scheduled checkin time of 4p. I was told that I would be on the 23rd floor but when I received the text letting me know the room was finally ready, it was on the 4th floor. When I asked about the difference in the floors, I was rudely told "we're booked up". There was no hamd soap in the restroom. When I called I was told soap would be brought up but none ever was. This morning when I went to shower, there was also no shower gel. The container was empty. To add, there wasn't a trash can in the bathroom. I also was not able to connect to the wifi for work because it was secure. The whole experience was one that I wish to never have again.

I would go back
Pros:

Paid extra for free breakfast but was told " we don't offer free breakfast. There's plenty of places to eat around here"
Disappointed.

Cons:

Staff service. Took us to wrong location. One of the porters were rude and lazy.

Pros:

The best room in which I've ever stayed. Size, beds, the tub...ah the tub. I'm 6' 2" and a female. I've fit in only one soaking tub before...was in Germany. Loved my stay!!!!

Cons:

That I could not stay longer.

We went to NO for my husbands birthday. Had a great time at the Casino. Ate great food.
Pros:

Very clean room. Large bathroom. However, the shower floor was very slippery. They need to put a matt in the shower. That floor is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up with sore hips and shoulders. We won't stay there again.

Don’t bother staying there if you are on a budget!!!!

It was a beautiful hotel!! Nice river view

Cons:

Loved the hotel but they need to work on their cleaning the doors wore filthy they looked dirty specially the restroom one and the front door had something leaking from it.. the towels felt too rough and the amenities fees are ridiculous!!!
