The people were very nice
The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, including a variety of great places to eat. I also loved that the hotel was conveniently connected to the casino and close to a shopping center, which made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and we experienced no issues at all, which made for a very pleasant visit.
Friendly staff, nice location.
The bed was broken. The water pressure on the shower was terrible. The morning of check out I called and asked for clean towels twice to no avail.
Like all of the Caesars properties, the bed was comfortable. Some people complain that the Harrahs hotel is across the street from the Casino but I find it nice. It is usually much quieter there. There is a tunnel to the Casio so you do not have to cross traffic.
Neat place.
Resort fees suck. It is a charge for tge property and should be universally included in the price. We all know about them, so not including it is disrespectful.
Convenient, nice rooms.
Despite advertising, there was only one place in the casino open for breakfast. Food court was closed even though there were signs saying open for breakfast.
Room cleaning was intermittent, only 2 of the days we were there.
Water pressure was fine and hot water was instant however once you had the water set it would randomly start squealing and then either go super hot or super cold, then flip to the other. It would do this for about 10 seconds, which is a while when you're just trying to finish showering, and then go back to what you had set.
Everything the staff was great and the room super nice
Everything was great
Location
Loud noise coming from what appears to have been the be elevator. Kept me awake all night. I called front desk and they said they would check but the noise continued
Everything about Room was outstanding but the shower was exceptional. I’m so excited to return the next time we are in New Orleans.
The check-in process was a little strange. I received an email directing me to check in at one address that was not where we were staying. When we arrived at the hotel address from the email, the staff member was annoyed by this but he checked us in all the same. He then directed us to the hotel we were staying in and everything else was smooth sailing from then on.
Bathroom and overall facility
Housekeeping, I had to ask several times to change the towels
Front desk staff tried to talk short.
I wish the pillows were a little harder and too soft.
They have you thinking you are booking the Caesar with the casino at the bottom. But they also own old Harrah hotel which is old and very very outdated. I had to point out all the stuff wrong with room for them to move us to where we booked in first place.
The harrah was old and natsy. They own that property and tried to make me stay at
Good location
I guess booking through Booking.com does not guarantee you'll get the room you purchased. They gave my room away. Regardless of the upgrade, we still didn't get queen beds and they had to pull in a twin bed. One child slept in the bed the other on the sofa. I would not recommend this website.

Close to everything
I booked a beautiful KING bed as seen in the picture.. at CEASERS hotel. When I got here they told me my room was at the connected ( through a tunnel or outside separate building) Harras hotel and not only was it dirty.. it was two queen beds instead of a king I will never book through this site again because you don’t get what you book and pay for. I’m sure a refund is out of the question as well
