We always feel welcome.
Pros:

Jolly and efficient staff. Easy parking. Not far from M40. Handy play space for kids and kids eat free policy. Quiet. Comfy beds.

More Trave Lodge than Holiday Inn
Pros:

The room was goid with 2 large double beds

Cons:

There was 1 guy on reception. Hr said he did not even work there. He was helping to serve food and was behind the bar. I think they may have a staffing problem. Felt more like a Travel lodge than a Premier Inn.

Bearable but would not choose again.
Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was mediocre mainly because the coffee machine was not in the breakfast area, but in a space quite separate, and it was awfully slow. It took my group 20 minutes to get coffee because of the queue and slow machine.
We booked a room for four and they had towels for two which I guess is not a huge problem but quite annoying when it happens.
Couple of members of stuff really didn’t want to be there.
