Pros:

Location was easy to fing and to get to, staff were friendly and helped me with printing out some needed paperwork needed for my business meeting.

Cons:

I ate a steak dinner at the restaurant and the it was overcooked, did not find that value for money, and the room carpet was quite stained

It did the job
Pros:

For the location we needed it was fine.

Cons:

Quite dated, room does not have enough light which makes it difficult for getting ready for a wedding in the morning. Otherwise I feel it is slightly too expensive for what it is also given I booked quite far in advance.

Everything was fine except for the shower room problems
Pros:

Staff were nice. Enjoyed evening meal and breakfast.

Cons:

The shower controls were broken so unable to have a shower. the plug in the sink would not open. The hairdryer did not work.

Clean, welcoming and well-placed
Pros:

Good welcome. The Manager on duty, Elvis, was polite, considerate and friendly.
Room quite small but fine for one night and very clean.

Cons:

Room overlooked a boiler room of some sort, which was making a loud noise all night, so we had very little sleep. Staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all. We will never stay again and would not recommend to others for this reason.

We had a phone call as we were driving over to the hotel to inform us our room was no longer available and would a sofa bed be ok? We declined. Haven’t received a refund. No communication after 1 email, no call back and a message sent via booking.com really disappointing

Short stay for Leamington gig
Pros:

Good value for money and short taxi ride to Leamington centre. Staff that they have were very good.

Cons:

Room was too hot and unable to open window. Air con was poor. Breakfast was poor. Not much food out and a lottery as to what you got from the buffet. Food that was available was not great. Not enough staff on site. Not fair on the staff that were there. Hotel us tired.

Disappointed this time
Pros:

Location, easy to get to super friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was directly above a party, we were staying to go to a dog show so had to be up early. The party finished at 11.50pm. Our window was vibrating it was that loud. I complain and receive a £20 refund which I think is disappointing as it spoilt our stay and we were so tired 😴
If I’d of been told there was a party i would have booked a different hotel.
