Pros:

excellent breakfast, but that was all that was good about this hotel

Cons:

obvious lack of staff
floors in the reception area and lounge needed a good scrub
strong smell of artificial air freshener everywhere.
unable to open windows in the bedroom as there was too much noise from outdoor machinery

Pros:

Location, breakfast and staff were great.

Cons:

There was a rip in the bedding, the sliding doors for the wardrobe did not work properly, the handle on the shower for turning up the power came off and the shower pole was also loose.

Very worn down once you take a closer look.
We booked two of the same rooms one had a large bed the other a small. So also inconsistent.

Pros:

It was easy to get to and close to everything we wanted, the parking had plenty of spaces, the breakfast was great value, the rooms were clean and had everything you needed and the staff were super helpful and friendly

Cons:

Mould around windows and ceilings, damp smell. Air conditioning was so loud it couldn’t be used and the air handlers that can’t be controlled were noisy preventing sleep. A generally old building that needs a full refurbishment

Pros:

Staff seemed stretched but tried their best.
Charlie on reception was very helpful.

Cons:

Receptionist Shantel coudnt be less helpful or rude. The smoking area is right outside the front door which is unpleasant.
Dining room needs a deep clean .
