Location.staff friendly food good.
Room poor carpet was stained and walls in room and bathroom needed some attention .Beds were left unmade one day so house keeping had not been in room . Lighting was poor and lampshades loose .

Very slow check in and then I wasn't given a key card had to ask want that many people checking in so I didn't understand why he was confused.

Very slow check-in, and staff didn't seem know what they was doing ,air conditioning didn't work room was boiling,sink plug was jammed in and toilet was flushing for ages
It was very clean and the food was good value for the cost
The poor staff were very short staffed. Not fair on them

Further out of town than we’d hoped but still able to spend a day in Jephson Gardens
Outside the room, the generator was noisy all night. Sleep was disturbed.

Air conditioning in room, clearly no electrical supply to room control. Noted comments by other visitor to this hotel, would not liked to have stayed in the hotel during the current heat wave this year. No windows could be opened. Reported to Reception could not be rectified.
