Fridge wasn’t working properly

Very old and run down. Not kept up. Did not look like the on line booking pictures at all!! Maybe get have been nicer in the 90s. Only one ice machine and it was broken the whole week. Room service stunk. Had to ask for more towels several times
Love love love this location! Walk to the beach, walk to amazing food. Low key hotel with food, bar, and lounge area all poolside. And it is beautiful.

The pool
The fact that we had to wait for go carts. We can’t park near our rooms even though they have huge parking space right in front. They charged for me a parking space. 25.00. It was a room with two queens. One for me one for my mom. And my. Mom was driving her own car so I had to pay for her parking pass.
Everything was amazing!!
I just didn’t like that I had to wear a wristband for my entire stay which was 5 days.
Nice location near the beach. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and professional.
Wi-Fi was spotty going in and out most of the time difficult to work on an iPad or laptop. TV lagged, the property needs a better Wi-Fi /Internet system to handle their large property population.

it smells like rotten rat so I have to go to store to buy some air fresheners sliding door lock not working properly washer dryer so old my clothes got ripped out one of the front desk staff is rude but the helpers r good.
