Que me cobraron $40 por una manchita en la almohada y ni siquiera me la dieron... dijeron que estaba inservible... me la hubieran dado...otra cosa que no me gustó es q el estacionamiento está va lejos del edificio

In short. The hotel is mediocre over priced and over rated. The best thing about it is the location.

Location was great and pool was amazing and heated

Cons:

Hotel it definitely not 4 star worthy. Out dated ghetto elevator only one at that and moved so slow. Room doors that don’t actually work , Mine didn’t even need a key to open. I stayed 3 nights and only got room cleaned once. Breakfast items were bad. Only had breakfast once so don’t know if dinner might have been better. No vending machines and no microwaves. No small toiletries like mouth wash / toothpaste

We were happy there until my husband got sick because of the cold room.
Pros:

I love the pools

Cons:

the room was too cool for our comfort. I had to go out and buy socks because my feet were freezing!

Pros:

The rooms and shower were super clean. The hotel is set up with pool and hot tub in the middle. You don't hear the outside noise just the beach.
The staff was super friendly and helpful with getting to and from the parking lot.

Cons:

Wish the pool was open longer.
The pool bar wasn't open.

Enjoyed the stay aside from not having cold water to shower.
Pros:

The location of the facility is great!

Cons:

The water heater did not work. There was water all over it which cause the breaker to trip and there was no one to fix it. The suggested we shower at a different room which was way too far from our location.
