All was fine until the air conditioner started leaking onto the rug.

it was an overnight stay to avoid a long drive home and back...it was exactly what I needed it for

Everything was clean and orderly.

Clean room. Nice convenient place to stay. Easy parking. Close to gas, food, stores.

Great staff! Very accommodating and friendly. As soon as I booked my room online I was allowed an early check in immediately! Very nice people and they make sure you enjoy your stay. Everything was very clean and maintained as new. Big parking lot. No complaints at all! Thanks guys :)

Parking was limited

Tracy was amazing. We went for the pool, we live nearby, and it was great. My only concern is the chlorine level and my room key doesn't open the pool so I had to ask for help. Not convenient when there is a line but otherwise it was amazing.

Parking lot kind of snall, tight parking spaces. Hotel was not comfortable, phones in room did not work, pool was too small and shallow, over limit of people in pool at one time. Breakfast meats and pancakes were terrible. Meats were dry, pancake machine rarely worked proper. The comfort and reliability of staying at this hotel is ridiculous. Worst hotel ever.

Clean and family friendly

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We arrived during a bad rainstorm at night. I was warmly greeted my Jackie. While my husband parked the car their security guard, Peter, offered to bring my luggage cart to our room. This was greatly appreciated so I could carry my son and walk in with my daughter. Room was sparkling clean! Exceptional hot breakfast offering make your own pancakes, fresh hot cinnamon rolls and egg white omelettes. My 8 year old already has already asked if we can go back to that “restaurant!”

We were well cared for! Thank you for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back to use the hot tub!

Perfect for our stay

The room we had was amazing it was a really nice place to stay.

Staff was very efficient and helpful, professional and kind. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful, and pool area was very nice.

Tv was broken, they didn’t have connecting rooms when I called 2 weeks prior they said they did.

When I showed up to the property they had given my room away. They put us in room that was not what l requested so I could at least have a place to stay. They said they would get our room ready the next day. Three days later never heard from them to switch me to the room l had paid for. They never informed the front that I was staying in that room. They thought the room was empty. I Was there for seven nights and no one ever cleaned my room. They said they would but I needed to be out by 11 and when I left before 11am they still didn’t clean it. I approached one of the housekeepers to get clean towels they only wanted to give me three bath towels knowing that they had not cleaned my room. I asked for 4 towels they said that room only gets 3 lol. Worst experience ever in this getto as hotel. !!!!
