Where to begin, the bathroom was broken, the toilet kept flushing on its own all night every 3-4 mins. The cleaning service is horrible, I asked for towels and they didn’t bring them until the next morning when I called back. The room smelled of mold, old cleaning supplies and the sheets, pillows were super dirty. The breakfast was a joke; the front desk was just in rude they had headphones in all day. The only nice person was the first person we encountered on check in. I don’t know his name but he was from NY. The pool is beyond outdated, in need of cleaning and no towels in the pool area.

Beds are old and linens are old with stains. Ice machines and vending machines have been out for over 6 months. We asked the desk clerk about it and all he could say was he just works here he doesn’t know. The bathrooms end updating,mold looking in the cracks in the tub area. Overall rooms have a musty smell

Room was very very nasty

The room and hallways had a musty smell. The carpets all over need replacing. All of the rooms need to be opened and a humidifier placed at each end of the hallways to draw the drab moisture and odor out. But I got what I paid for, a room for the night.

To preface I've stayed in plenty of other hotels and don't tend to leave long reviews but this one has been the worst in at least 6 years. I'm very conflicted about our stay here. The hotel and room had very nice decor but the hotel very seriously needs to do something about it's air exhaust system. The room was hot, muggy and smelled very strongly of mildew. The carpet felt slightly damp under our feet and almost tacky. It's the kind of damp that comes from way too much moisture in the air. There were brown water spots on the ceiling above the window. Even the hinges on the door inside the room were rusting from the moisture. By checkout this morning most of if we're coughing and congested. It was very last when we checked in otherwise we would not have stayed the night.
Even with the nice decor all the holes, chips and cracks give the hotel a very outdated feel.
The coffee ran out early and was not refilled by the time we checked out so some of us didn't get coffee at all because the coffee maker in the room didn't have enough for all of us. The milk was sour(I and a few other had to all complain to get a fresh pitcher)The pancake batter was way too thick which made it hard to pour and made the pancakes pasty even after cooking. The spray butter for the pancakes was missing and when inquiring about it I and an unassociated guest were told that the pancake and waffle makers had already been buttered that morning... You're supposed to spray it after each use. Breakfast could've been a lot better.

Overall it was okay, vending machine needs fixing and ice machine

Smell. It was clean, but had moldy smell like water damage to carpet. Ice machine worked only on 3rd floor. Many vending machines were not working

Bed is very stiff and pillows are small. Not enough towels in the shower either. The breakfast was decent but not much quality and choices.
