Fine in a pinch, not good for long stays
Pros:

The breakfast was surprisingly decent at this location, and everything tasted fresh. The rooms were pretty decently sized.

Cons:

The location of this hotel has always been weird - right next to a Walmart, shoved next to another extended stay hotel like an afterthought, with a tiny parking lot that's super weirdly laid out. The hotel layout itself is also weird, with having to walk all the way to one side to use the elevator. The hallways kind of smell like weed, and the sound proofing is pretty abysmal.
The beds aren't comfortable at all, and one of the pillow cases had stains on it. It's Newnan, so I'm not really surprised that the staff don't really take pride in the cleanliness of the place.

Overall my stay was wonderful at the Newnan location.
Pros:

The staff were personable and accommodating. Everyone was kind consistently.

Cons:

More breakfast items but that would not change my decision to stay there.

Our stay was ok. Won’t stay here again cause they can’t be trusted.
Pros:

What we did like was the location. Very close to Walmart.

Cons:

What we didn’t like was that we paid for a room with a hot tub, and to be honest that’s the main reason we chose this place. However when we arrived they had informed us the two rooms had been booked. Instead of offering back the extra money we paid for the room they said sorry not their fault. ( We booked through booking.com) I had the proof that we had booked this room and still nothing!!
