A true disconnect
Pros:

Super relaxing, amazing location for those looking to disconnect — the spa is a must, the 4-course meal in Khaludeya was also phenomenal

The setting is amazing. The architecture js an identity and a masterpiece

Cons:

Very commercial to an extent that there were no tooth brush, shower gel , shampoo or anything.

Bed is squeaky, mattress uncomfortable, hotel needs intensive rennovation

ジェフリーバワの建築は、やはりとても素晴らしく、宿泊してみて、さらに自然との同化というコンセプトがよくわかった。是非、ホテル主催のバワツアーに参加することをお勧めします！
もちろん、スタッフの皆さんの対応も笑顔で素晴らしかったです。

期待していた分がっかり。施設は立派。

日中のスタッフは愛想が良い。
施設はとても開放的で面白い。芸術的。

夜間は電話してもフロントに繋がらない。
トイレットペーパーがなく、たくさん歩いてフロントへ行った。
その1時間後に補充にきた。
ケトルに水が残ったまま

経験としては大満足、でもリピはない。
Pros:

自然との融合が楽しめた。スタッフも割と親切。バーのスタッフさんは対応が素敵でした。

Cons:

周りは食べる場所がないので必ずビュッフェになるが、男性のホールスタッフ(多分チーフレベル？)の対応が少々人種差別的に感じた。欧米系の方にはニコニコしてる感じ、一方アジア人には塩、といった印象。欧米系の方がアルコールの注文など客単価は高いのかな〜？あからさまだな〜と思う場面はありました。他のスタッフさんはみな普通のご対応でかもなく不可もなくでした。あと虫がすごい！小蝿が常にビュッフェの皿にしかも大量に舞っていて、ちょっと食欲失せる感じはします。

great place with mix feelings on some of the necessaties
Pros:

dinner and breakfast was great, we didn't get a chance to check out lunch though, I think the Sri Lankan experience they are going for is sort of spot on. I think its a very special place with so much calm and detachment from the busy world we live in, I think is truly an amazing place

I think he hotel is getting to be on the too old side now, I think, lot of people would love that old rustic vibe but still would like to have some comfort from the modern era you know, for example, the wall sockets were so old that we need to use old wall adapters to fit in the plugs and still it was not great, and the fans in the place are so old and made so much noice, and same with the air condition, and the bed was comfy but it was an old spring metros I think and it made the other side bounce when one person moves, and this is not great, and yeah I think the hotel definitely needs some renovation wile keeping the rustic vides and not changing too much
