とても素晴らしかった。次はもっとゆっくり過ごしたい。
Pros:

2泊しましたが朝食も夕食も種類が豊富で内容も違っていて楽しめました。自然の中に滞在している感覚がとても心地よかったです。ホテル内のどこにいても素晴らしい景色でした。

Cons:

仕方ないと思いますが料理に虫が多く止まっているところがあったのが残念。
初日の部屋は一番下の階で、景色がそこまで良くなかった。
シーギリヤロックやサファリなどの予定であまりゆっくりできなかったのが残念でした。

Vista fantastica
Pros:

Camera con vista molto bella su Sigirya, piscina a sfioro sulla valle incantevole e la colazione molto ricca e variegata. La struttura di design è affascinante e vale la pena trascorrere del tempo in questo luogo.

Cons:

La camera era immediatamente sotto la sala colazione/pranzo/cena. Essendomi svegliato molto presto per le visite all’inizio non ho notato questo difetto ma al terzo giorno in cui avevo deciso di godermi il posto mi sono reso conto che la camera era molto rumorosa. Il manager ha proposto di cambiare stanza ma ormai era troppo tardi per rimettermi a fare le valige e spostarmi. In ogni caso hanno provato ad accontentare la mia richiesta, ma mi domando come mai con un prenotazione di 4 settimane prima e con un prezzo decisamente alto abbiano deciso di mettermi in una stanza sotto la sala ristorante consapevoli del disagio che avrebbe provocato.

An exciting and unique hotel in an amazing setting
Pros:

Pros:

I was denied of breakafast. Altghught my reservation was confirmed via booking.com they asked my wife to pay for the stay eventhought booking.com had my card details. My wife need it to pay for this when it was my gift to her for her birthday, on top of that they didnt informed about the breakafast, just in the morning she realized breakfast wasnt included. Definetly not a place for western people.

Cons:

I didnt like the way all was handled by BOOKING.COM and the hotel. I tried madly conatcting the hotel phone number provided and the email address provided by booking.com and on top of that i did google it by myself and never had a simple reply from hotel neither by phone which they never pick up and their AI pretends to make you stupid like if there is another person on the other side of the line, they never read or reply to my mails when what i really madly want it was to put my wife and myself in shame with the payments.

最高の思い出をありがとうございました
Pros:

今回、個人的には3回目で、家族にも体験させたいと利用させてもらいました
ここにしか体験できない時間があるかと思います。
人生に一度は訪れる価値ありかと思います。

Cons:

今回、ダイニングの下の部屋だったので、椅子などを引きずる音がずっと聞こえていたことですかね。
致し方無いかとは思っています。
入室時、一言または何かサービスがあったら印象が変わるかと思います
