Pros:

The stay was amazing they have us a fantastic room, the staff was so lovely they gave me and my partner a hand made bouquet. Staff at breakfast would remember anything special we would request. Truly wonderful!

It was one of the great destinations in SL.
Pros:

Dinner and breakfast buffets were full of delicious items with more verities. Having a large pool and cleanliness was good. Also, the hotel is in a wonderful location and having a very beautiful beach. Overall, one of the best hotels in SL built according to the "Four Blues" concept by Architect Geoffery Bawa.

Peaceful !
Pros:

All together this was a nice experience. Dinner was excellent and for breakfast also there were so many options to choose from (Srilankan and International). The food was delicious.
All the facilities were included in the room. The hotel provides various activities and that is what I admire the most.
Calm and peaceful surrounding made our stay more pleasant.
The staff made sure we were comfortable at all times.
We would never think twice to visit again. Great place for a great stay.

The venue was amazing. The staff was really friendly and the beach was incredible! The food was also super.

Cons:

Since my booking fell on a less crowded day the buffet was not at its ideal, but ok. Wished the bathroom shower could be a bit bigger.

Disappointing & definitely not 5 star
Pros:

Location is good. Right on the beach with nice views. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Property is past its sell by date and in need of a renovation. A lot of things like the pool loungers are broken, towels and robes are hard from over washing, carpets are worn etc. Staff were very helpful but service was hit and miss. Things that were ordered often never arrived and required a follow up call. Way over priced for what it can offer. Stayed in several similar priced hotels in India which were all of a much higher standard.
