Pros:

La posizione sicuramente vicinissima alle Badlands e al centro Wall Drug. Ottima la colazione con la macchina per i waffle

Un po rumoroso essendo tutto in legno si sente tantissimo la gente che cammina nelle stanze sopra, abbiamo faticato ad addormentarci e la mattina ci hanno svegliati prestissimo

Irresponsible manager who shuts down under stress leaving customers out on their own.

We went to check in after a 10.5 hour drive and they said that they were having problems with booking.com and any reservations made through booking.com did not arrive to them. The receptionist told me they had no rooms for me. (They had a free room that was more expensive than the one I submitted a reservation to booking for but the general manager said we absolutely cannot stay there). I was able to get the receptionist to try and help us a bit so she called some other places, all of which said they could not help or match any rates. The general manager was not on site and the receptionist had to call her a couple times. Eventually, the general manager was so annoyed that she said "I don't work for booking.com and I am done for the night" and hung up. As a result we were left without a room and had to find other accommodation on our own.

Breakfast is good, the room is spacious.

Cons:

The room is good, but the AC is so dirty. I started sneezing as I we turned it on. I have to grab a vacuum from the lady in the front to clean it.

Cons:

Had cancelled my booking.com reservation because they are not connected to receive credit card information. Lady at front desk is not customer oriented at all. Also gave me the wrong room key and it was to a room someone was in.

Nice rooms, just know exterior doors and no elevator if you are on second floor.

TV did not work, unable to use remote to operate. Difficult to do channel and volume changes due to no remote. A staff member tried to help make it work but in the end was unable to get any remote to work. She brought several in to try. Hotel full, was unable to move rooms. Also, if I knew was exterior doors would not have booked due to safety concerns. Also, no phone in room to call for assist so had to walk to front desk since didn't have number for hotel front desk.
