Pros:

Staff was helpful and welcoming. We picked that hotel because our grandson stayed there for his army induction.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but we found a ball of hair on 1 sausage. Kind of a turn off. Kind of out of the way.

The beds were comfortable, it was very clean, very nice showers as well, and the Dove products for the shower was amazing.

Cons:

Other than wanting outlets closer to the beds ( had to unplug the clock to use my Cpap) everything was great

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

I really enjoyed our stay. They were very helpful in getting our rooms very close to each other. Directly across the hall. Staff was friendly and most of all, it was CLEAN. Seen staff cleaning very often. Pool was clean, fitness room clean, hallways, elevator the bedrooms, all very clean. And freshly made cookies through the night, which my teenage boys really enjoyed. I would definitely go again.

Cons:

To no fought of theirs, the location is pretty isolated. We ordered doordash.

Check in was very easy. The desk clerk was very pleasant. The room was clean and quiet. I asked for extra towels and they were delivered within a couple of minutes.

Pros:

Comfortable bed, good pillows, quiet hotel on a Saturday night. Some cosmetic issues in the bathroom - peeling wallpaper, etc - that I wouldn't have expected in a $200+ night room. Nice selection of hot breakfast. Ample parking, but was located off the beaten path and in a kind of deserted spot. Overall good for a quick night of sleep but probably wouldn't do a long stay here.

Pros:

Breakfast was OK, pretty much like all the other Holiday Inn Expresses we've stayed at. Eggs pretty lousy at all locations as is the case at the other locations. Turkey sausage is sub par...would prefer have pork patties.

Cons:

A very bizarre location in an industrial zone with a long twisting drive from the interstate.
