Staff/ management and lack of concern
Pros:

I liked the comfortable room. I found it perfect for staying the one night.

Cons:

I sent an email to the staff immediately after my stay expressing my disappointing experience. Everything was going great until I was woken up at very early hours in the morning to the couple next door to our room having an explosive argument. You could hear them through the walls and going in and out of the hallway to argue. I was leaving that morning to head to the airport and slept horribly since the neighbors kept us up. I sent an email to staff/management with my concerns and I did not receive an email back or hear anything back. Very disappointing.

Stay here! ⭐️
Pros:

This was such a beautiful place. The only thing that may surprise you is when you walk in, it smells like a pool but the waterfall and joy pond is the reason; beautiful!
Staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The beds were SO comfortable and I had a beautiful sleep. Its a place I will stay at again.

I HIGHLY recommend you stay here, you wont be disappointed.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and had a very good breakfast. We had a courtyard room and would definitely book that again. We ended up booking another night at one of their other locations. Very reasonably priced.
