Pros:

Wonderful staff, the place was SUPER clean, the breakfast was good and the coffee even better. Centrally located to everything you need and the hot tubs were the icing on the cake

Nice location and staff, but not as clean as I would have hoped.
Pros:

Location was great. Property was nice, but there were some problems with the room. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice. Bed was fairly comfortable (except the pillows). Check in was easy. Check out was easy. We didn’t get a chance to try the food as we had to get on the road.

Cons:

The room was not clean. There was hair in the sink and shower when we arrived. One of the lights and the ac power on the light did not work at all. The toilet paper roll was almost empty upon arrival. There were no toiletries provided (not even soap) except for makeup remover wipes and think some body lotion. I went to the front desk and the nice employee there provided it. It seemed like the toilet didn’t flush well. The photos of the property make it look a lot nicer than it really was in person. The pillows were not supportive and the bedding and towels need to be upgraded. The day we left, someone had spilled some food (a good amount of it) in the doorway so we had to jump over it several times as we were loading our car. The main problem was the place wasn’t clean.

A sad shadow of other locations in this chain we have visited. Over-priced for the quality delivered

There is nothing to really recommend on this dirty dog.

Cons:

The room was filthy, strange stains on the door, bathroom fan and air conditioner fan had clumps of dirt hanging off them. There was spilled soda on the cabinets under the TV. There was dirt behind the toilet and heavy dust on the top of the bathroom mirror. Breakfast was sparse with no fresh fruit. I sampled the coffee and it actually felt like I was getting a chemical burn in my mouth.

Pros:

I really like the location. The design of the motel has a nice atmosphere.

Cons:

Room was not very clean. Dusting, found water bottle stuffed in by the head board of the bed. Hot tub Jets were way to stong. Throwing water up in our faces, and out of the tub. AC would not keep temperature at set temperature. Set at 70, and was showing 64.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay and will return but go out for breakfast.
Pros:

The hot tub was wonderful! Nice end to our day! Clean rooms and great ladies in housekeeping!

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t the best. The pancake machine was nice and the bagels but the sausage biscuits and gravy were a disappointment. The gravy was like water. The sausage links were a mystery meat.
