ACHTUNG ‼️ Wir mussten leider eine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel machen, die wir aus Gründen der Transparenz teilen möchten.

Nach unserem Aufenthalt haben wir festgestellt, dass wir unsere Reisepässe in der Zimmerschublade vergessen hatten. Dabei handelt es sich um offizielle Ausweisdokumente von erheblicher Bedeutung. Einer der Reisepässe befand sich zusätzlich in einer Louis Vuitton Hülle.

Wir haben das Hotel unmittelbar telefonisch kontaktiert. Das Gespräch wurde jedoch abrupt beendet, weitere Anrufe blieben unbeantwortet. Eine konstruktive Kommunikation oder erkennbare Bereitschaft zur Klärung des Sachverhalts fand nicht statt.

Trotz unseres Angebots, auf die Louis Vuitton Hülle zu verzichten und ausschließlich die Reisepässe zurückzuerhalten, erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung oder Unterstützung. Dieses Verhalten empfinden wir als äußerst befremdlich und in keiner Weise serviceorientiert – insbesondere im Umgang mit persönlichen und sensiblen Dokumenten.

Da bislang keine kooperative Lösung möglich war, sehen wir uns gezwungen, den Vorgang rechtlich prüfen zu lassen.

Wir empfehlen künftigen Gästen dringend, ihr Zimmer vor Abreise sorgfältig zu kontrollieren und im Falle eines Problems nicht auf eine zeitnahe oder entgegenkommende Unterstützung zu vertrauen.
