i had to move rooms from a king bed to two doubles due to the air conditioner not working in the first room.

We have stayed here 3 times since the 1st of June. Usually a nice experience, close to our destination, convenient for our trip and usually nice all round.
The toilet ran THE WHOLE TIME, the pillowcase was dirty, there was 4 guests on the reservation and when I asked for more towels because there was only 1 wash cloth, 2 towels and 2 hand towels the lady at the front desk said "I don't have anymore." Handed me the 1 behind the counter with 4 wash cloths and said "this is all I have." I said we don't have enough for the amount of people staying in our room and she just said "I don't have anymore." The sink in the bathroom had brown gunk around the drain and the sheets smelled horrible. I don't know if they didn't have housekeeping the day before but if that's the case then they shouldn't have checked us into a room that wasn't ready. I doubt that I return because I can't see paying for filth and incompetence.
Clean, friendly, accepts dogs and more acceptable dog fee, good protein sources for breakfast, good shower, frig good air conditioner.

The room looked like people had been fighting in there and the bathroom had missing paint, drywall and the toilet was about to slide seat off and finally stopped working when the handle got stuck. People above me got noisy both mornings around 4am
Nice size room. Staff was amazing very pleasant and professional.
Breakfast was not great. No fruit or yogurt. Sausages were terrible. m. Did not feel comfortable walking around the property.i didn’t have towels. However staff was great in fixing that.
