Pros:

Hotellin ympäristö ja pihapiiri olivat upeat. Kylpylässä oli ihana käydä ja illalla siellä oli sopivan väljää. Huoneen ikkunasta oli kaunis näkymä merelle. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Cons:

Kylpylähotellin puoli ja siellä olevat huoneet oli aika vaatimattomia hintatasoon nähden. Huoneen kylpyhuone oli hieman huolimattomasti siivottu. Hiuksia oli sekä lattialla että lavuaarissa.

Henkilökunta joka puolella aivan timanttinen. Siistit tilat ja ympäröivä miljöö. Yksi parhaista aamiaisista, joita olen missään syönyt; tämä helpotti hieman arvokkaampaa majoitushintaa. Älkää siis laskeko aamiaisen tasoa, KIITOS.

Cons:

Tällaisella retkellä (ilman lapsen herätyksiä ym) arvostaa unen laatua yli rajojen, joten pieni toive nukkumatyynyn upgradesta tai kahdesta erilaisesta vaihtoehdosta :)

Mahdollisuus aamu-uintiin olisi kruunannut visiitin. Kylpylä voisi olla auki klo 05-07 ja lähellä kylpylähotellia voisi olla uimalaituri rannassa

Kartano ja puisto ovat hienot. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Mukana oli tuotteita, joita ei usein näe. Puistossa ja läheisellä mäellä oli kiva kävellä.
Spa oli miellyttävä ja varsin monipuolinen.

Cons:

Porvooseen on lähdettävä erikseen.

Relaxing, beautiful place
Pros:

It is super nice and relaxing place with friendly and helpful staff and delicious food! The location is perfect and the view is very beautiful.

Cons:

Despite having to make reservation for the spa center, it was too crowded and people do not really follow their reservation hours.

Erittäin hyvä kokonaisuus!!

Aivan mahtava henkilökunta joka tilanteessa!!

Check-in-hetkellä jonotimme n. 2 minuuttia ja yllätykseksi hotellilla oli paljon ohjelmaa pääsiäisenä, jotka meille esiteltiin sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä. Huone ihan perus, näköala oli upea!

Aamupala oli todella maistuva ja erityisen hyvä! Spa illalla oli hieman ruuhkainen, mutta aamulla puolestaan rauhallinen. Hirsisauna oli mahtava kokemus.

Parkkimahdollisuudet olivat erittäin hyvät, sijaintikin, jos on auto. Yritimme saada Uberin ja sitä emme saaneet hotellilta, otimme bussin Porvoon keskustaan ja se sujui sutjakkaasti. Pysäkki oli kartanoalueen vieressä. Tämäkin asia hyvin mietitty. Ihana miljöö.

Cons:

Pääsäisen lisäohjelmassa oli dj ja karaoke. Tila oli pieni ja musiikki todella kovalla! Oluen hinta oli todella kova! Pikkujuttuja..
