Amazing experience
Pros:

The location is excellent, just an 8-minute walk from both the BTS and MRT stations. The room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff were incredibly helpful when I lost my ring, which I really appreciated.

The pool was also very nice and well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Excellent stay in a great location
Pros:

I was satisfied with everything. The room was quiet and always clean, the air conditioning worked well and was easy to adjust and control, the staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel is in an extremely good location in the city. I did not use the breakfast option, so I cannot comment on it.

Cons:

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like, because everything was fine.

Clean and comfortable with a pool and the gym and washing facilities away from the hustle and bustle of the city
Pros:

It’s close to the station, but not so busy of an area

Cons:

I asked for a double beds, but they only had one. sometimes it happens. I stay here quite often with my family.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bangkok and really enjoyed our experience.

The location was very convenient, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always ready to assist, which made our time in Bangkok very smooth and enjoyable.

A special thank you to the hotel team for making my wife’s birthday extra special. They surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture and something we really appreciated. It made our stay feel more personal and memorable.

Overall, the service, staff, location and hospitality were all fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and would happily stay here again.

整體來講飯店的位置離BTS站近，但以住宿環境體驗而言，建議可以選周圍其他飯店。
Pros:

飯店的員工服務親切，第一晚反應住宿空間有異味，員工立即協助更換房間。

Cons:

不管房間或走廊都有異味，而且房間內的窗戶是無法開的，所以也無法流通空氣，如果對於氣味較敏感的人要慎思。另外相較一般的飯店床也來的小，而且床也不是太好，睡眠品質有被影響到。
