The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The level of hospitality and attention to detail was outstanding.
The room was spacious, spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a busy day in Brussels.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality food and impeccable service. The hotel’s location is also ideal for exploring the city.

It's an elegant hotel (with a beautiful spiral staircase) in a good location for walking through the city. The breakfast was great, and the staff was helpful.

I stay here at the Sofitel with my mother I can this stay was the best I ever had form the room to the staff. Someone in particular jimmy was the star of the show so kind helpful and one of the best people I ever seen work in the hospitality scene. Big thanks to jimmy for making our stay unforgettable

Le service est impeccable. La situation géographique par rapport aux institutions européennes est commode. Il y a un joli parc, Parc Leopold, en proximité. Les bons restaurants sont à 2 km (par exemple autour de la place Sablon)
La salle du petit-déjeuner est trop climatisée, je n'ai pas pu prendre le petit-déjeuner dans l'hôtel.
Great facilities and location helpful staff

Enjoyed a few nice days at the hotel, nice big room with a Soft bed and good nespresso and big bathroom only downsize was no rainshower. Breakfast is standard good, nice selection of all, good poached eggs what i missed was some exotic fruits.
Great IPA in the lobby bar. Interesting rooftop bar which is new and has a great view and good vibe.
Great Location close to all.
