Sofitel always on point.
Pros:

Another stay at a Sofitel with predictable superb results. I am fortunate that this trip to Brussels made the location at 1 Place Jordan very convenient. Hotel is modern and geared towards experienced travelers. Staff is kind, patient and helpful. Particularly Andrea in the restaurant. Excellent dining and wine recommendations. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Good stay
Pros:

This hotel is located in the European institutions area of Brussels. Hotel is relatively new. Accor Diamond member here: was allowed to check-in at 9.30am which was super convenient and was upgraded to a luxury room. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was good. Room service too. Small glitch when I checked -out as my invoice contained an extra expense. Was promptly handled by the front desk. Overall, nice stay. Would definitely return.

Great stay for disability
Pros:

Great to be back at Sofitel Brussels, together with my disabled mother for an one day visit in Brussels Centre.

Great services from check-in and my mother loves the room.

Looking forward to diner and its breakfast.

Comfortable room, great breakfast
Pros:

The room is big, the bed is OK, the breakfast is excellent. The staff is kind and ready to help.
The hotel is situated next to a very nice park and not very far from the centre.

Cons:

It is complicated to connect to the WIFI that is supposed to be free.

Brüssel ist super schön. Das Hotel in der Lage gut, aber braucht ein makeover.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Der Platz ist wunderschön mit einem daneben befindlichen Park.

Cons:

Bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel hätte ich zumindest eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer erwartet. Das war wirklich ein bisschen enttäuschend.

Reception services not to matching a 5 stars hotel at all

Cons:

Reception service was confusing as they did not know the immediate surroundings of the hotel. Specifically they ordered a Taxi to go to the EC offices which was 1 minute walking from the hotel
