Location was easy to find and has a bus stop outside the room was comfortable and generally clean and tidy,the only thing that wasn’t was a chair that was stained.

Great location for working, clean rooms, and polite staff.
My room was extremely cold. The only heating provided was an old, small radiator, which was inadequate. The AC control unit, which also functions as a heater, was very noisy and failed to warm the room at all. As a result, I had to use two blankets just to stay warm. Additionally, the shower water was not hot enough. Staying in an expensive room during the middle of a UK winter, I expected much better heating and temperature control.

Staff were really friendly and made me feel relaxed about having my dog with me, First hotel visit with my dog, so I was a little nervous. Room was bigger than expected and very comfortable.
Bathroom lovely, only problem with the shower was that the shower head was so high up and I couldn't lower it. Apart from that, was very happy with our stay. Also couldn't get NETFLIX to work on the tv, tried to connect the wifi but it keep coming up with an error, wouldn't of minded paying to use it, if that was an option. I didn't investigate this though and just used my phone.
