The hotel was fairly basic overall. I was expecting something similar to the hotel I stayed at in Madrid last year, but the experience was quite different.
The room size was decent enough, but the amenities were very minimal and nothing really stood out. Breakfast options were also limited, mainly just basic British breakfast choices with very little variety.
What disappointed me most was the customer service. The front desk staff seemed quite uptight and not particularly welcoming or helpful. I was travelling with my wife, two children, and multiple suitcases, yet nobody offered assistance with our luggage during check-in or check-out.
Overall, I would rate the hotel as average or mid-range rather than excellent. There is definitely room for improvement, especially in customer service and hospitality. The stay was okay, but nothing exceptional or memorable.

The location was great, just off the motorway, and very close to a lovely riverside walk, which we enjoyed in the morning. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
I booked a Queen room, thinking it had a Queen size bed. But in fact, it was just a room with one double bed. It was a comfortable bed anyway so it was okay in the end, but I think the description on the website can be clearer.
