For stays of 1 to 7 nights, housekeeping is available at an additional cost. For stays of 8 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included in the price. Housekeeping includes changing the bed linen and towels.

From 44 to 15 days before check-in, the guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the reservation. From 14 days before check-in, the cancellation becomes nonrefundable. If canceled between booking and 45 days before check-in, an amount equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded. Sehr schöne Ferienanlage
Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben die Ferienanlage gewählt, weil es nahe an der Autobahnausfahrt liegt (ca. 500 m). Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Ferienhäuser sind sehr sauber und ist alles drin was man braucht. Das war sehr gut, dass wir und entschieden unseren Aufenthalt um einen Tag zu verlängern, wir sind in einem andren Haus umgezogen, war aber genauso gut. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Für einen Zwischenstopp gut geeignet - für mehr aber auch nicht.
Pros:

Duplex-Apartement - oben Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer, unten Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche.
Viel Platz und mehrere Kleiderschränke.
Eine eigene, kleine Terrasse.

Nah an der Autobahn und trotzdem ruhig gelegen (ideal für einen Zwischenstopp).

Sehr freundliches Rezeptionspersonal.

Cons:

Leider ist die Toilette unten unter der Treppe zu finden. Unheimlich, kalt, ohne Waschbecken - nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Das Mobiliar sehr abgewohnt.
Besteck und Geschirr teilweise schmutzig.
Das Bett zu schmal und nicht besonders bequem.

Nous avons dû écouter notre séjour car nous ne nous y sentions pas bien du tout.
