Hôtel confortable et calme proche de tout les principaux lieux d’intérêt de la ville de Porto
Pros:

Tout le personnel a été très sympathique et serviable.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de l’autoroute, du centre de Porto et de centre commercial.
Il est très joli et il a un lobby très chaleureux et confortable.

Cons:

Il est dommage que la chambre aie peu de rangements (tiroirs, armoire) pour ranger les habits. Cela implique laisser la plus parts des habits dans la valise.
Pour le parking payant (dans un garage fermé), on doit à chaque fois sonner pour qu’on nous ouvre le portail. Autant pour entrer dans le parking comme pour en sortir. Une perte de temps! L’hôtel devrait prévoir un système à code ou ouverture avec la carte de la chambre.
