The check-in process was very slow, which was frustrating after traveling. The balcony faced what seemed like a gun range or similar facility, with constant loud noise that made it hard to relax. I also received an immediate call at exactly 12:00 noon when checking out, with no flexibility even for a few extra minutes.
On the positive side, the room was clean and spacious, the design of the hotel is beautiful, and the breakfast staff were very kind and attentive. The location is also convenient, especially being close to the cruise port.

Hotel is a great location. The general area’s lovely, the rooms are tired compared with the general area, but nice enough for a short stay. Entrance lobby & bar are super, lovely smell & great way to enter a property. View from the bar over the port is fab.
However the operation of the hotel is a nightmare. Completely disorganised, reception, breakfast all a nightmare.
During our stay there was a corporate pool party till 1am and the people in the next room set the fire alarm off smoking.
All in all I wouldn't stay again.
The room was beautiful and comfortable with amazing views from our balcony; we would definitely recommend! This made our trip to Barcelona a delight as we did feel the city fell short on our list.

The hotel was in all ways good except for the fact that they have not yet returned the deposit required. It was promised within 4 days. I hate this practoce at the best of times bit to take so long is unacceptable.
Not a true 5 Star. Pool decking area needed cleaning. Bedroom had big paint stains on walls, needs maintenance in a few areas. Balconies are looking very tired and in need of maintenance. Needs a paint front outside levels 1 and upwards only refreshed ground level. Breakfast very good and lovely eating area.

The location was very good. The staff was excellent. Great attitudes and very pleasant to deal with. Very quite area. Pleasant walk to Old Town, Gothic area and attractions, but only during the day. Homeless and drug users on the path. The hotel was dated. We rented a suite with ocean views, which was decent views. Bird feces all over deck and deck furniture. Ceiling in room looked flooded and damaged. Wood trim was sanded but not stained. Overall, I would say this is a 3 star hotel and not worth the 500 Euros we paid per night. I would not pay more than 250 Euros for a room here.
Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find no shower gel provided in the room. Despite raising the issue with reception on four separate occasions throughout the stay, the staff were persistently unresponsive and demonstrated a concerning lack of understanding regarding basic guest needs. Requests for shower gel were repeatedly met with shampoo products, despite clear explanations and clarifications. On the final day, a staff member brought an assortment of mini toiletries to the room—again, predominantly shampoo—leaving us to manually search for a suitable item myself. There was no apology, nor any acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused.
Additionally, the hotel permitted extremely loud music to play until 2:00 a.m. on our first night, which rendered sleep after a long day of travel virtually impossible. This level of noise disruption is entirely unacceptable in a hospitality setting.
Overall, the experience was marred by poor communication, inadequate guest service, and a disregard for basic comfort standards. Such a shame as the hotel has so much potential, but please do everyone a favour and fire your staff and hire a new team.
Many things did not function like taps in the bathroom and the check in was terribble, waiting without reason and no respect. The cleaning interupted throughout the stay.
The property was on a hill overlooking Barcelona with beautiful views and lots of greenery. There was a cable car right behind the hotel that went down to the beach and a stunning garden with succulents just next to the property. The coffee in the room was espresso. EXCELLENT! The bath tub in the room was very luxurious. We didn't pay for the beach view but got a room with that view anyway. Bonus!
We loved the location on top of the hill surrounded by greenery and with beautiful views. The hotel employees from the front desk to the restaurant and maid service were all top notch and very friendly. The breakfast was excellent! The outdoor pool was lovely. Only small issue was that towels at the pool were not always readily available.
Absolutely beautiful staying this lovely hotel. We had a suite which was of great size and very clean, with outstanding views. The staff were all wonderful. Spa treatments had and very much enjoyed. Breakfast delicious. Friendly staff and very clean hotel.
This is my favorite hotel! It sits on top of a hill and the views of the city and the Mediterranean are spectacular. The staff is very professional and friendly and makes you feel at home.
Was not impressed with the check-in staff. The room was very hot. A/C was a joke, temperature never went down. We ended up leaving the balcony window open in order to have a cool night to sleep. The only reason we choose to stay there because it was close to the cruise terminal.
Avoid rooms 417,418,419,420 - they have no balcony and they face the top of the window arches from the original facade. You have no view when standing. Also they have no separate bathroom - a huge bath tub is in the room next to the beds and the vanities are also not in a separate room
The property is currently under construction. I am sure it will be amazing once they finish the work.
The hotel is nice, but the area terrible, full.of homeless and crazy people. I was scared because we are a family with 2 kids. We couldn't go around, explore or even walking with tranquility because the public out there!
The hotel was great and the entire staff was nice and helpful minus the check in staff. The check in staff were not very helpful and in order to get a question answered you had to have them check to make sure you were a guest of the hotel. It was annoying and time consuming.
