Absolute disgrace — do not stay here. This hotel is a health hazard and a complete scam. We arrived with two small children (6 months and 2 years old) and were shown rooms that were filthy, mouldy, and completely unhygienic. The ceilings were covered in mould, the smell was disgusting, and nothing appeared properly cleaned. It felt unsafe to even let our children breathe the air inside those rooms.
When we raised our concerns, the staff did nothing to help and told us we would have to wait two days to speak to a manager — meaning they expected us to stay in those conditions with two babies. We later learned from staff that rooms are not cleaned on certain days of the week, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one advertising itself as family-friendly. Even worse, the manager openly admitted that the owners refuse to spend money on renovations, despite knowing about the mould and poor conditions.
The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of this run-down, dirty property. We left as soon as we could find another hotel because staying here was unbearable and felt genuinely unsafe.
We submitted a refund request through Booking.com due to the hazardous state of the rooms, but unbelievably it still has not been approved. We have also filed a formal complaint with the tourism authority because this place should not be operating in its current condition.
This is absolutely NOT a 3-star hotel — it is neglected, dirty, unsafe, and utterly unsuitable for families. Avoid it at all costs.

Postele by mohli být pohodlnější ( zejména rozkládací gauč) a moc malé polštáře.

Le ménage bâclé

The only thing i was not happy about was internet, even was advertising as HIGH SPEED INTERNET. In room was no signal at all, outside minimum signal, only reception was ok . So i ended up with high bill for my data roaming :(

The only think I can suggest is that the swimming pool could have been descending and not straight 1.8m, for the younger kids.

Pokój, który umieszczono na zajęciach na Bookingu okazał się innym za dopłatą 120 euro. Ten z rezerwacji od strony ulicy 🥴w czasie naszego pobytu basen w budynku nieczynny na szczęście nie było takiej konieczności. Ogólny zakaz palenia ma balkonach nie respektowany przez wszystkich gości. Słabo uzupełniane napoje w automatach.

Aj ked nam to hmed odstranili mali sme taku meprijemnost ako mravce v izbe a bolo ich naozaj vela, hmed ako som im napisala na revepciu prisli to odstranit( asi chemicky) a uz sa neobjavili
