Would I stay there again? No
Pros:

The location was convenient and close to where I needed to be, which made getting around easy. The property was also within reasonable distance of local amenities and transport options. Overall, the location was one of the better aspects of my stay.

Cons:

The room was very outdated, and noise from outside could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable—the worst quality pillows I have experienced in any hotel stay. Overall, the room did not provide the level of comfort I expected.

Good apartment but some maintenance issues to attend to.
Pros:

Spacious apartment which was well equiped. Good location.

Cons:

Shower did not work and had clearly not been tested by the cleaner. It was fixed when I asked but then immediately broke again. Also no shower body wash provided. Pool was far too cold to swim comfortably. And only 2 free to air TV channels available due to some fault..

Pros:

The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of. Will definitely come back to this facility again.

AMAZING ROOMS AND SERVICE Highly recommended.
Pros:

The Fraser suite appartments were amazing, the room was incredible and the Staff went above and beyond . I stayed with Family for a Special Birthday celebration. The staff were amazing, with champagne and an upgrade to the Penthouse.
WOW. WE JUST HAD THE BEST TIME. Thankyou so much for making my birthday even more special.

Location fantastic, wonderful friendly staff!
Pros:

Staff were friendly and super helpful. Facilities ok but was not told what level where were on and the sauna was not working. Breakfast was good but so cold in that room. View was amazing, location perfect for work, walking distance. No information in the rooms about local attractions or information about the rooms.

Cons:

Sauna was not working.

good location and great parking, excellent reception staff.

Cons:

pillows needs refresh, it was alittle uncomfortable to sleep. sauna room was under renovation and unable to use. cleaning staff mistook my newly brought items from muji and thought it was trash and cleared it. Thankful the front reception found it and returned it.

Located well. Plenty of space and access to balcony area is great.

Cons:

The bed is simply too small and with such a large area to enjoy you should have a luxurious bed with proper pillows. You also need at least one small bedroom chair and table in the bedroom. Tv is too low and some decorative arrangement on the bedroom wall as well.

Pros:

Location is good but there is no view as in the middle of the city, good breakfast,the lobby is very small, checkin experience was ok, the room was smaller than expected more like bed and breakfast hotel but obviously with 5 star like charges, there are flats from.10 to 40 floor but served by 2 elevators excluding the one disfunct. There were long queues of people waiting to go up and down till base 3-4 and all way upto 40..i had to use stairs and lift was slow and busy.. pathetic value for money..
Suggest not to stay here. It is expensive not value for money n not good experience
