Pros:

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, um Sydney zu erkunden. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar, oder man nimmt Bus, Tram oder Bahn direkt am Rathaus. Das Apartment ist groß und der Ausblick aus dem 37. Stock ist grandios. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind super.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Auffrischung. Weiterhin war es einfach nicht sauber. Spinnennetze, Dreck der Vorgänger und kaputte Möbel sind nicht erfreulich bei dem Preis. Das Housekeeping war jeden Tag im Apartment, machte aber immer unterschiedliche Dinge. Mal war das Bett gemacht, mal nicht. Mal war der Müll geleert und einen anderen Tag nicht.

View over crappy apartments
View over top story of old rooftop carpark that was full of teenagers all weekend hanging out talking and screaming to all hours
Staff not engaging when we left or re entering the building, didn’t even look up

Amazing rooms
Pros:

Good size room (studio), very clean, comfy bed, modern facilities/amenities, great location, very smooth check-in/check-out

Cons:

This would be nitpicking but dual showerhead mechanism a little fussy, thicker toilet paper ply would be nicer, kitchenette tap was a little loose so moved around when using.

10 days expensive stay
Pros:

The staff at the reception were exceptionally helpful especially Mr. Vikas the manager. The location was good and the room was spacious. They waived off our parking charges for 3 days as a courtesy to the issues we were facing with housekeeping.

Cons:

Housekeeping was bad, they did not clean the rooms or vacuum the room. We were staying with and we were cooking, the kitchen was not cleaned or floors were not cleaned. They just changed the towels everyday. Even the soap bottle which was empty was not replaced. We raised the issues atleast 3 times but housekeeping remained the same. Reception staff on the contrary were always helpful and attended to our concerns however housekeeping staff remained the same. Also the breakfast was very AVG, and all 10 days the food were same and on some days the food wasn't fresh.

Er waren sportieve faciliteiten, maar wel erg gedateerd.

Cons:

Het interieur, de bediening van het personeel, versleten kamer, meubels en sportvoorzieningen. Renovatie is na opening in 2007 dringend noodzakelijk.
