Very unpleasant staff provided by Mrs Rodriguez at the check in applying double standards for different people in our group

Pros:

Beautiful and relaxing hotel. Feels separate from the outside. Great location, near historic buildings and central to all of the best restaurants and nightlife. Friendly and professional staff.

Cons:

The only downside is that the hotel does not have a spa.
