泊まって損はないホテル
Pros:

立地や部屋の清潔さなど価格以上のものだった。また、ペットボトルに入った水が4本（1人2本）常備されており、歯磨きの際のすすぎや旅行中の飲料水として活用できた。
朝食の品数も多く、3日間飽きることなく食べることができた。

Cons:

英語を話せる従業員の方が少なく意思疎通が図れない場面が何度かあった。翻訳機の使用を徹底するなどの対策があっても良いかも。

worst hotel experience in Shanghai, not even close to a 4 star hotel

The location is not too bad, next to a subway Line 4 station, easy to go around

Cons:

The hotel has two buildings with slightly different Chinese names but they appear as the same hotel in its' English name --- the old building is rated as a 4-star and the new building is rated as a 5-star hotel. We did not know the difference until we checked in and stayed two nights in the old building, which is dated and dirty --- the most disappointing thing is the toliet in the room, which smells and is quite disgusting even by Chinese standard. Not sure how can it be rated 4 star. The only reason it gets 4 star is perhaps it carries the name of Sherton --- the Chinese name of the hotel reveals that the hotel is most probably owned and managed by some Chinese companies not really managed by Sherton. But, in the English name you cannot tell that.
