L hôtel a beaucoup de charme et le personnel très accueillant et disponible.
Le service navette 🚐 très appréciable.

Excellent petit déjeuner et bon restaurant.
N avons pas testé le Spa, dommage que l accès ne soit pas compris dans le prix du séjour.
Un emplacement central à deux pas de toutes les commodités , commerces, restaurants. Hôtel familial à l ambiance très agréable.
Billard, baby foot ⚽️ pour s amuser en famille.
Des attentions particulières pour les clients à l arrivée et au départ .
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Le petit déjeuner qui frôle la perfection.
Unique bémol le café (nescafe ) moins bon que le café traditionnel italien et les jus de fruits qui ne sont pas frais surtout quand il existe d excellents jus de fruit en Italie .

La stanza bellissima, le terme piccole ma accoglienti, lo staff molto disponibile e gentile. Hanno accontentato la mia richiesta di farmi trovare dei palloncini per il mio compagno, per fargli una sorpresa visto che soggiornavamo per il suo compleanno!

Mi sarebbe piaciuto che fosse stato più chiaro il fatto che, nel prezzo totale, le terme fossero escluse. C'è scritto che sono comprese per le stanze premium ma non era chiaro che per le camere normali fossero a parte

Great hotel, easy access to the town and ski slopes.
Pros:

Our rooms were clean and spacious. Food at breakfast and dinner very good.
Communal areas were comfortable and wellness spa a nice treat.
Shuttle to and from the gondola made getting to ski area easy.

Cons:

The rooms were very hit and we couldn’t turn the heating down. Having windows open meant road noise.

The property is in a great location

Cons:

The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. This was our second stay in two years and it seems to have changed standards. Last year we enjoyed hot chocolates and biscuits every day after skiing, but we were told this year they couldn’t supply this because a bar staff member had resigned. Very little support was given when a room of 4 very drunk adults were screaming and throwing objects in their room late into the night, keeping us and our children awake. A member of reception staff actually admitted she was kept awake by them because she was staying on the same floor, but did nothing to resolve it.

Maravilhosa sonho de montanha Neve e sky. Péssimo atendimento dos funcionários do hotel.

Localização perfeita. Acomodação ótima clima de montanha neve.
Nos quartos a limpeza impecável.
Camas muito confortável. Trocas de Toalhas muito boa.

O hotel não é extremamente novo então o estilo da recepção, corredores, restaurantes e quartos são estilo rústico madeira apropriado para montanha

Mas total e completamente insatisfeita com a Equipe de Hotelaria, desde concierge na recepção do hotel, até funcionários do restaurante.
A destacar pelo péssimo atendimento da recepção. Não fui atendida bem por nenhum concierge da recepção.
