Il servizio navetta insufficiente costringe gli ospiti a concludere la sciata prima della chiusura degli impianti.

La ristorazione è ottima, buona sia la cena che la colazione

Cons:

Le camere non sono assolutamente di un 4 stelle, non sempre l'acqua era calda, struttura datata e poco curata, il servizio navetta verso le stazioni sciistica chiudeva dalla 12 alle 14 gli orari che di solito sono utili eventualmente per tornare in hotel. Personale poco esperto e molto approssimativo. Con buona volontà ma soggetto a regole poco serviziovoli

Amazing stay !
Pros:

The location is prime ! On the main road, 3 minutes away from the cable car to the slopes and 5 minutes walking distance from the main walking street of Courmayeur.
The staff are really helpful and nice, the hotel is warm everywhere inside and the ski lockers and shuttle are very helpful if you don't want to use your car.

Cons:

Leaving at 5h30 AM to catch our flight, the hotel exit was blocked with snow and we were 2 SUVs stuck behind each other. We had to use the shovel and get ourselves free on our own. I only wish the hotel car entrance is kept free of snow during storms just like the road in front is always free.

Hotel was clean good value for money, I would rather pay more and stay somewhere different next time
Pros:

The rooms and communal areas were very clean and the location was good just a short stroll into the centre of the village.

Cons:

The spa area wasn't particularly well maintained/clean. There were no towels and it felt a little grubby. However the worst part about the hotel was the transportation to and from the gondola. The daily driver could not have been more rude if a he tried. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they seemed to be aware of it but not inclined to do anything about it. In general the staff were 'off' there was just one girl on the front desk that was pleasant. Even the people that cleaned the room were rude. Speaking Arabic thinking we couldn't understand and openly being rude about us, how we dressed etc generally unwelcoming staff.

Maravilhosa sonho de montanha Neve e sky
Pros:

Localização perfeita. Acomodação ótima clima de montanha neve.
Nos quartos a limpeza impecável.
O hotel não é extremamente novo então o estilo da recepção, corredores, restaurantes e quartos são estilo rústico madeira apropriado para montanha
