Location and easy shuttle to gondola
Very run down and expensive for what it was
Aamiainen oli ok, mutta kahvista ja munakkaasta veloitettiin lisähinta, joka **** hotelissa on mielestäni erikoista. Sijainti on hyvä, parkkitilaa on ja maksuton kuljetus hissiasemalle hotellin minibussilla toimi hienosti.
Hotelli alkaa olla jo aika kulunut. Hotellilla ei ilmeisesti ole johtajaa kun joulukoristeet ja neulasensa menettäneet joulukuuset olivat vielä esillä. Käytävissä ja huoneessa oli viallisia polttimoita. Huonetila oli hämärä tämän johdosta. Lämmitys on täysillä ja sitä ei voinut säätää kuin pitämällä ikkunoita auki. Sängyt olivat kovat, mutta näin Italiassa yleensä on.
Hotellin kellarissa on ihan ok kylpylä ja kunnollinen suomalainen sauna (lisähintaan), mutta missään ei etukäteen mainittu, että jo klo17:00 alkaen vieraiden tulee olla täysi-ikäisiä. Ikävä yllätys lapsiperheelle joka haluaa olla rinteessä koko päivän.

Мы заехали после полуночи уставшие хотели поскорее забрать ключ от номера и уйти отдыхать.мы забронировали номер на букинге И парень на рецепшн очень долго не мог сообразить что с нами делать намеренно задерживая у стойки 30 минут ожидания у стойки это долго. Если не в принципе нет эта ситуация, то у вас все идеально.
La nostra esperienza presso questa struttura, classificata come hotel a 4 stelle, è stata purtroppo profondamente deludente e lontana dagli standard promessi.
Avevamo prenotato una camera Superior per due notti con mezza pensione, ma ciò che ci è stato assegnato non presentava alcuna caratteristica riconducibile a questa categoria. Il bagno era dotato di un lavandino estremamente piccolo, uno specchio insufficiente persino per una persona, e una doccia buia e angusta. Mancava il set spazzolino, solitamente previsto nelle camere di livello superiore. Le due bottigliette d’acqua fornite all’arrivo non sono mai state reintegrate. La camera, inoltre, presentava polvere evidente sui davanzali, e il letto era molto piccolo e scomodo, ben lontano dal comfort atteso.
La SPA inclusa nel soggiorno si è rivelata un’ulteriore fonte di insoddisfazione: arredi in plastica bianca e rossa simili a sedie da giardino, assenza totale di atmosfera rilassante, luci eccessivamente forti, acqua fredda e vasche non adeguatamente pulite. Un ambiente che non rispecchia minimamente l’idea di benessere associata a una struttura di questa categoria.
Anche la presentazione del personale alla reception è risultata poco professionale: le t-shirt bianche, simili a quelle di una pizzeria, non sono in alcun modo idonee all’immagine di un hotel a 4 stelle. A questo si aggiunge una grave mancanza di informazione: ci era stato garantito uno sconto del 10% presso le QC Terme vicine, ma una volta arrivati ci è stato comunicato che non era applicabile nei giorni festivi. Lo staff non era nemmeno a conoscenza della normativa.
Il ristorante ha offerto porzioni abbondanti, ma la qualità non era all’altezza né del prezzo né della categoria dell’hotel. Il servizio, seppur rapido nello sparecchiare, risultava distratto e frettoloso, al punto da farci sentire quasi “di troppo” al tavolo.
L’unico aspetto positivo è la vicinanza al centro di Courmayeur, che rende la struttura comoda per gli spostamenti.
