Good value, large rooms
Pros:

Great value and lovely location. The hotel is an older build, which means larger rooms, lots of parking, entrance area is very calm. Location of sukhumvit soi 22 has many hidden gems.

Returning Visit for Vacation
Pros:

I have stayed at this Venue several times in the last year and hope to do so again in 2026. Although Apartments are tired they are clean and functional. Friendly Reception Staff. Well placed for Shopping Malls, Massage Parlours and Transportation Links. I would however the Pool Area is smaller than the Photographs depict and there are only space for 3 (dilapidated) wooden lounges, with no mattresses. The Bathrooms only have a Shower head over the bath, and it you have to be careful getting in and out. As a 73 year old I had to be extra careful. I felt very safe both inside and outside of the building. Using the “Grab” Taxi system is the better way to get around. Overall only warrants a 2-3 Star UK rating but certainly VFM.

Pros:

Close to Sukhumvit, MRT and major shopping plazas

Painting smells in hallways and lift areas but understanding that it is low season and maintenance needs to be carried out.

Convenient Stay Near BTS Nana with Warm Service from the Staff
Pros:

The hotel is located on Sukhumvit Soi 8, just a few minutes’ walk to BTS Nana, which makes it a very convenient connection point for getting around the city.

Spacious Rooms & Full Facilities
The rooms are a good size and come with a small kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and some utensils — perfect if you’re staying longer or would like to prepare light meals.

Facilities & Services
There is an outdoor swimming pool where you can relax, as well as a fitness center for those who want to keep up with their workouts during their stay.

The rooms are clean, and the staff — especially Ms.Pharison — are very friendly, helpful, and always provide service with a warm smile.

Pros:

Close proximity to many shops and businesses. The cleaning staff are very good…. So are the front desk. All helpful.. Rooms are large..

Cons:

As always, it is difficult to find long term housing . I wish this Hotel would offer better rates for people who like to stay a month at a time. The longer to stay, the better the rate.. Other issues, such as needing new curtains and making “old” rooms look newer is always important. The rooms are a very nice size; but maintaining the rooms is important..
