After booking, guests may request a specific location for their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Preferences are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Reception is open daily except Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30, and on Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform the property in advance using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

Prices include accommodation, beds made upon arrival, bed linen, towels, household linen such as a bath mat and dish towel, a cleaning kit, two bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchenette and dishes, basic WiFi access, as well as charges and taxes except for the tourist tax and application fees. Unlimited WiFi access is available upon request at an additional cost.

Please note that invoices will be issued under the name provided on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe defined in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Pros:

Le chalet était mignon et assez calme mis à part les bruits de travaux tôt le matin.

Cons:

Nous avions 3 fenêtres et les 3 fenêtres donnait sur un mur , nous n'avions aucune vue. On voyait tout juste le ciel de la fenêtre de la pièce principale.. Et franchement c'était un sacré point négatif !

Cons:

Rien, l’établissement est très bien et le personnel très sympathique.
Simplement la station est totalement fermée en ce moment et absolument aucun restaurant ni supermarché, pharmacie etc n’étaient ouverts pendant notre séjour.
C’est assez spécial de ne croiser quasiment personne dans les rues.
Nous avons seulement trouvé 2 restaurants ouverts à la station 1550.
Il faut donc bien prévoir ses provisions avant de monter.

Another fabulous stay at Les chalets du forum!
Pros:

Another excellent stay at les chalets du forum. Jeanne and Sephora couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful at reception. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we needed was sorted immediately.

Accommodation is a little tired and certain things need replacing in the kitchen - blunt knives, peeler and grater all would have been really useful if working . Tv needs updating - no way of getting smart tv channels. Only the news in English!

NB Uk’s service team when I initially called to book was a totally different experience. Very difficult to get any useful or helpful info. The lady I spoke to clearly had no idea about les chalets du forum and wanted to simply go through her script. She was unable to answer any questions and kept referring me back to the website. Not friendly simply pushing for a sale. I was always going to book, I just needed a little extra info on parking, passes, ski hire etc which she couldn’t provide. I ended up booking online rather than calling back. Once booked I dealt with the team ( Jeanne) at le forum which was an entirely different experience.

Overall a fabulous stay. An unbeatable location pretty much on the slopes with access to all the main lifts in courchevel 1850. Shops, restaurants and ski hire in abundance albeit a bit pricey!

Excellent location and good for beginner skiers.
Pros:

The location was superb! It's close to shops, restaurants, ski hire and gondola that can take you to different parts of Courchevel. The reception was friendly and helpful.
