My room was freezing. It was 61 degrees when I checked in, and 69 degrees by morning…despite having the staff move me to another room, try to get the heat to work, etc.
I didn’t pay too PR price to be frozen.

It was a very nice place to stay during our visit to MN.
The first night was cold, but staff brought a space heater to warm the room up.

The meeting area in the middle of the hotel was excellent for meeting up with other family members in other rooms.
The rooms are somewhat pricey.
Shower was cold...left water running for 20minutes and it was barely lukewarm. Reported to desk. She kindly apologized and said she would report to the manager and we would surely get a rate reduction. After playing phone tag for several days, the manager offered a $20 refund. She said the shower worked and there was a hidden lever we were to pull to control the temperature. Lol. Manager was very rude and insinuated we were unable to intelligently figure it out, although admitted the desk clerk should have assisted. Breakfast was depleted an hour prior to ending and no attempt to restock. Do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The coffee machine was broken and had no regular coffee.
Our unit had a window that not only faced the front desk but also the breakfast area so we woke up with a bunch of loud people outside the window of our hotel eatting breakfast. Also the temp was set to 68 degrees and locked so we froze to death in our unit.

I love this hotel! Gorgeous inside and out. Pretty flowers, well-manicured grass, and gorgeous wooden swings and benches outside. Great coffee and breakfast. Beautiful pool and a perfect hot tub. The indoor balcony, central staircase, and quaint lanterns in the lobby are all super cool, too. And to top it off, all four of the staff members with whom I interacted went above and beyond for my husband and me! They lent us a can opener, granted a late check-out request, allowed us to use the hot tub a little late, and were funny and kind. Ten out of ten stars! <3
I wish I could remember names, but the check in attendant each day was fabulous. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Everything was cozy and clean. I would definitely stay again.

The air conditioner was set too low and made it really cold in our room
We had a funeral at 3:00 and check in is at 3:00. We had a 4 hour drive and called ahead to see if we could check in earlier to be able to change clothes before going to the funeral. We arrived at 2:00 and our room was ready. So grateful
