Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. It was located near restaurants. The staff was helpful and offered a scale to check luggage weight.

Cons:

It needs major repair. This is a 1.5 start hotel at best. There is no elevator. Beds are hard as a rock. Bathrooms were very very small.

Great Location, comfortable and affordable hotel in PE
Pros:

The location of the hotel is ideal, very close to the beach and promenade and close to most areas of PE.
The setting of the restaurant and bar also has great views.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The TV was not tuned in properly, so had a lot of static

Très bon petit déjeuner, chambres confortables.

Cons:

Avoir à payer pour un thé ou un café (cappuccino) pour le petit déjeuner, alors que le petit-déjeuner était inclus. C'est le seul endroit ou ce n'était pas inclus dans notre voyage. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot et les chambres auraient besoin de rénovation. Absence de petit frigo dans la chambre.

Pros:

The rooms was clean and wifi was good. Front desk check in was good.

Cons:

The bathroom was really small.
At 6:40 am the dining room was full of tour bus patrons which did not allow me to have breakfast (business traveller). I had to skip breakfast which was included in the price ( and actually go buy me breakfast) and when I raised the issue with the front desk at checkout, I got no response? The gentleman just checked me out and that was it. I have had a dining room issue before when I stayed there.

Pros:

hotel was near the beach and shopping mall
Breakfast was very substantial with many items to choose from.
room was atypical because it did not face the ocean. Bath was very good.
