I’m afraid it wasn’t a pleasant experience

Cons:

My room was dirty, it smelt like urine and mould in the bathroom. No kettle and wax situation right above a smoking area! Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

El alojamiento está súper bien, las animadoras de 100, es la segunda vez que repetimos y todo es gracias a ellas

Tuvimos un percance en el buffet, estábamos 2 familias en la mesa, con dos niños pequeños de aprox unos 2 años casi, y la encargada del buffet, Alexandra, vino de muy malas maneras a decirnos que le habían ido a quejarse porque los niños hacen ruido, nos dijo textualmente “iros a calmar al niño porque hace mucho ruido” el niño estaba riéndose simplemente, es un niño. Es un hotel como el nombre indica family. A nosotros lo que nos cabreo fue las formas de esta camarera, Alexandra, porque lo dijo de muy malas formas y nos tuvimos que ir sin cenar
Seguramente que si sigue la chica no volvamos a ir al hotel y me parece una pena porque la animación es de 10, Roxie es la mejor

La habitación era amplia y silenciosa . El desayuno variado . A unos 10 min de restaurantes y la playa . Hotel correcto

La relación calidad precio no me pareció adecuada para lo que ofrecia ( en las habitaciones faltaba alguna mesita de noche junto a la cama )
