Beautiful place and staff very helpful.
Pros:

Location was amazing, our room was on the street side and traffic was pretty noisy as we like to have the window open for fresh air.Would be a lot quieter on the lake side.

Die Lage am Wasser und der Garten sind wunderschön.
Die Aufenthaltsbereiche sind sehr stilvoll gestaltet.
Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet.

Pros:

Avevamo prenotato una camera con balcone, ma purtroppo, a causa di alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione al terzo piano, quella stanza non era disponibile. Quando ho fatto presente allo staff che non era la camera che avevamo prenotato su Booking, si sono scusati subito per l’inconveniente.

Per rimediare, ci hanno assegnato una camera di categoria superiore con una vista sul lago ancora più bella. Era una stanza che normalmente costava di più, ma ce l’hanno lasciata allo stesso prezzo della prenotazione iniziale.

La manager è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile e, per scusarsi ulteriormente, ci ha anche offerto la cena. Anche le ragazze alla reception sono state davvero carine e accoglienti.

Un’esperienza molto piacevole. Tornerò sicuramente!

Отличная гостиница прям на Комо. Немного уставшая, но всё равно все было супер! Очень приятный сервис, особенно дедушка- парковщик/портер!

It was all that we had hoped for & then sum. We will revisit in the future.
Pros:

Aremis, Incaela were spectacular! Restaurant & bar were great, breakfast was amazing. Convenience to ferry was wonderful.

Cons:

It was a bit warm. Our room did not have a insulated curtain to block heat & light penetration.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Excellent restaurant and food options.
Pros:

The location of the room was excellent and the view was absolutely beautiful. Three of the four nights we were there, we enjoyed entertainment (piano, sax, and harp) which all added to our stay. The pool is fantastic.

Cons:

The beds we very hard. Understanding that the building is of an older vintage, the overall room size was certainly adequate, however the bathroom is very small and cramped. We found it difficult to comfortably move within the bathroom - even as a single person let alone two at the same time. I don't know what is behind the walls, but there appears to be space between where the closet ends and the wall of the bathroom - at least 2 feet. If that could be added to the bathroom it would make a world of difference. It would have been helpful if at check-in we were told the shutters could be closed. Its very bright when the sun comes up, we only discovered that half-way thru our stay.

Bottom line try another property or stay in Bellagio.
Pros:

The property is just OK.

Cons:

This is an old property which needs a refresh. Start with the carpet and upgrade the bathrooms and showers. The staff is friendly but this is a tired property which needs help.

Had a wonderful few days, it is a place to go if you are looking to relax and not do much.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, location was great- right next to the ferry. Grounds were very nice. Scenic views of the mountains

Cons:

The town port closed at 8 pm and there are no taxis that were able to take us from another town to Menaggio. Room size was small
