Stunning hotel, stunning location, stunning views.
Pros:

Stunning hotel, fantastic location, free parking, friendly staff, good food and drink, short walk to the town centre. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade, giving us a view of Lake Como, which was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

Cons:

No iron in the room, and none available to send up. Was shown to a laundry room with an iron and ironing board we could use, which was a surprise. There is no doubt the hotel is fantastic, and the price of staying there reflects that.

Lovely hotel with a great location would definitely stay again
Pros:

Great location, breakfast super and lunch good too.

Cons:

Would like to have had complimentary water in the rooms along with cooler air conditioning.
Would also have liked to have pots of tea at breakfast instead of a single tea bag and pot of hot water.

Un excellent hôtel
Pros:

Superbe localisation de l’hôtel qui donne sur le lac et proche du débarcadaire. Menaggio est très agréable et bien positionné sur le Lac. Très bel hôtel 4 * avec une très bonne restauration et un service de qualité.

Cons:

Éviter les chambres qui ne donnent pas sur le lac car la route est passante

Disappointing room in comparison to price paid and other lakeside hotels we stayed at
Pros:

Excellent location and outside space

Cons:

Room was shabbily decorated, masking tape still attached to the wall. No wardrobe, instead coat rails made room appear cheaply done. Worst sleep due to three (yes three) sensor lights flashing all night above the bed, fundamental design flaw.

Excelente opcion y muy conveniente
Pros:

Excelente ubicacion para moverse en el ferry y visitar otros pueblos, tambien el tener frente al lago le da unas vistas espectaculares.

Cons:

Hay detalles que se sienten descuidados y algunos puntos de operación que se podrían mejorar... la propiedad y ubicación se prestan para tener un hotel de primera clase.

Great location but slightly outdated rooms
Pros:

Location is amazing, super close to the village and breakfast was also really good. Staff was polite and nice, particularly the bellmans - so hardworking and friendly

Cons:

Bedroom and bathroom was quite old, particularly when you consider the price point you are paying. It didnt even have a proper hair dryer, the shower was incredible old and uncomfortable and it’s actually a bath with curtains. Carpet could have a renewal as well.

Hotellets läge precis vid sjökanten.
Den trevliga och hjälpsamma personalen.

Cons:

Rummet saknade garderober -fanns dock öppna klädstänger- och i vart fall en fåtölj.

Sehr schöne Lage. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer entspricht in keiner Weise einem 4-Sterne Hotel, schon gar nicht dem Preisniveau des Hotels.
Die Preissteigerung von 20% gegenüber dem Vorjahr ist eine Frechheit
