Die zwei Männer haben eine Arroganz als würden sie im Hilton un NYC arbeiten. Die Damen waren alle nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, z.B. findet man statt Steckdosen neben dem Bett zum Handy laden, alte TAE Anschlüsse für Handy und Fax...

Cons:

Freiburg ist eine junge Stadt die mit der Zeit geht, das Novotel ist irgendwo in den 90er stehen geblieben.

Zusammenfassend immer noch gut und vorallem Stadt-nahe !
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns die Stadtnähe und der Parlatz im Hause. Auch die Ruhe in den Zimmern war sehr gut . Auch die Sanittsräume in der Nähe des Restaurants sind immer in gutem Zustand.

Cons:

Wir besuchen das Hotel wiederholt seit Jahren und haben den Eindruck , dass doch in nächster Zeit gewisse Renovierungsmaßnahmen beginnen könnten. So ist zum Beispiel die Abschirmung der Duschen pragmatisch ausreichend gelöst, die Kombination mit den Badewannen jedoch nach unserer Meinung eher überholt. Insgesammt sieht man keine
gröberen Fehler oder Mißstände, es sind eher Kleinigkeiten.
