was no help getting bags upto room, and their is no lift, even when i asked for help as had an injured shoulder, the manager just walked off and said he couldn't help, maybe he had a sore back LOL

Nelson break.
Pros:

Lovely relaxing place to stay. Units face the sun so nice and warm. The restaurant on the end isn't very friendly but not affiliated with hotel. The Honest Lawyer pub over the road is the place to dine. Also the bike tracks all go past down on corner. Lovely walk out to end of peninsula

Pros:

The room was very comfortable. Great shower. Good sized bed.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was a bit sticky like the floor detergent had not been mopped off.
The curtains on the window were quite thin. They need to be heavier to keep out the light at night.
There was no herbal tea, being a bit picky, I know!!!

Pros:

Location was great for our stay. The cafe next door was brilliant.

Cons:

Very hard to communicate with staff no one on reception for chk in or chk out, went asked about the cafe adjacent to the accommodation we were told basically they didn't know anything about it!

Disappointed as it was my long awaited 2 nights away in a hotel.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. and linen was good.

Cons:

Bedroom facilities were very poor. Bathroom extra small. Nowhere to put any cosmetics or bathroom items. Tea making facilities were also very poor. All on top of small fridge. Nowhere to plug in kettle. Had to move across room to plug in. The milk was a carton that you buy with a straw in it. No opening. Had to cut open and then it spilled everywhere. The kitchen facility was not much better. There was a toaster, but when I cooked toast there were no plates to put it on. All in all not very good.
