Good breakfast. Good location for short bus ride into city centre. Has been some room refurbishment since we last visited some years ago
Now have to pay £15 for car-parking if you book through Booking.com
Breakfast … good choice and efficient staff.
Long way to room- parking expensive
The location was only a short tram ride from central. The main bed was very comfy and the room was spacious given that it had a double bed with double sofa bed too. Also a good price.
It looked slightly outdated and the sofabed was extremely uncomfortable with springs digging in and there wasnt a full size duvet for the double sofa bed.
Location - perfect. 2 minutes from Metro (smith like Tram), 7-10 minutes on foot to all the sightseeing.
Staff - I saw them only during breakfast and also on reception. But it's clean everywhere, and if you need help, you get it immediately.
Breakfast - quite good.

The facilities were good and good location
The room I paid for wasn't available so they gave me a different room. When asked about the room I paid for the said well your only 1 person so.
Close to town centre room clean and building quiet and bed comfort able
Good location
Warning! Had evening meal, scampi & chips £18.00 7 pieces of scampi!!
Nothing
Parking was an additional £15 per night - rip off which wasn't advertised beforehand. No staff at reception, given a mobile number to call to get someone to come there while you wait. Finding the room was a maze, felt like going through 5 or 6 different buildings to get there. The room didn't look like the pictures at all, very dated. Pillows were like bricks didn't sleep at all! Won't ever stay there again.
Very good overall
