Spacious rooms, nice restaurant, great staff, the Lawson on the first floor was very convenient.
Location was good......pool was well maintained and clean gym was also well maintained...
Staff very unhelpful......complained about the first room allocated smelled of damp and mould so i refused it...2 nd room also smelled of damp and mould also rejected....3d room upgrade was initaly better but after 1 day mould smell and damp and water dripping in air conditioning units and banging noise from air conditioning units also horrendous wind noise from windows that could not close ....had a 3 day stay at this hotel .....ive left feeling very frustrated and stressed my clothes in the wardrobe now have to be washed because of damp and mould smells .....advice stay well away !!!!!
Such a wonderful place to stay! Friendly staffs and great service, all the people so nice and professional. Serene room with breathtaking views of the lakes!! Shout out to Mew Mind and Carrot for great hospitality
