Exceptional hotel with beautiful rooms, wonderful staff, great facilities and a perfect location.
Pros:

The room was exceptional - spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained and one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in Bangkok. The staff were wonderful, the gym was excellent, and the location is perfect. Having Coffee Club in the hotel with room service was an absolute bonus and made the stay even more convenient.

Cons:

The only downside for me was the atmosphere in some of the common areas. During my stay there were many large families and groups, with a lot of children, and at times the hotel felt quite crowded and hectic. I personally didn't feel very comfortable using the pool because of this, which was disappointing.

Very good spot, nice pool, nice gym, nice staff, room had everything you needed. Staff 5/5 Only negative is the air condition noise, but you can get earplugs.

The hotel was excellent. The location was perfect and very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for staying with children. We also felt very safe during our entire stay. Highly recommended!
